    Worst Sam's for getting gas. Only one pump per island and it doesn't have the extended hoses.

    Ordered flowers online for delivery for a birthday. The day of delivery, Zeidler's called me to say…read morethe address did not exist. I said I have had them deliver to this particular address many times. Turns out, they had some digits crossed. No big deal. The delivery person was in the subdivision and would make the delivery. Fine....Until it wasn't. I had put in the "instructions" section to leave the flowers on the front porch by the bench. I left work and went to the house to retrieve the flowers, and they were surprisingly not there. When I called Zeidler's and asked where they were, they said they could not not deliver the flowers because no one was home! I knew the recipient would not be home when I ordered them. That's why I left the instructions for them to be left on the porch by the bench! They lady on the phone, "R", said they did not leave the flowers because it's too hot outside. Are you kidding me? Not Zeidler's decision to make! Pretty sure if I have to pay the price they want for the flowers, then I get to make the decisions, here. I asked why was I given the option to leave delivery instructions, if Zeidler's won't follow them? Furthermore, why didn't they call me THEN if they knew they were not going to deliver them? They called me about the address. Why not call me when they decided definitively NOT to deliver my order at all??? Instead I had to call Zeidler's to find out they were not delivering my order. What was the plan, then? Where were these flowers going? Ridiculous. I told them to give me my money back if they are not going to deliver them! They said they would. They better. Additionally, they called the would-be recipient about the flowers NOT being delivered. I can't believe I have to explain this, but seriously, you should not require the recipient's phone number to call THEM when there is a delivery issue! The flowers were a surprise for a birthday. Instead, what you surprised the recipient with is the fact that they are NOT having flowers delivered to them on their birthday! So, Happy Birthday!!! How stupid. I have used Zeidlers many times before, but never will again. What a ridiculous mess.

    Ordered a quilt and two sizes of shams from "ToC" after doing research on these items across…read morevarious vendors online. They offered a sign-up promotion, so went with them. After a delay in shipping, which is on their vendor, not on them, finally received the items. Am very disappointed with the quality for the price. Attempted twice to post a review on their website, which errored out. I'm starting to believe that because it was a two star review they programmed the site to reject it! Here's what I wrote: "I love quilts and own several dozen - at least 3 or 4 for each season, plus others for colors or patterns I like. Living in Southern California, a lightweight filling is normally fine. I searched all over the Internet for a quilt with black and green plaid fabrics. Found this for a discount on ToC by signing up for their mailing list as a first time customer. Had issues with shipping (not ToC's fault, but their delivery vendor deserves a failing grade!), and finally received the package today. Saw the driver bringing a smallish package to the door. Sure enough, the quilt is very, very thin - not much fill to speak of, and we'll need either another blanket on the bed, and/or warm afghan as toppers when it's time to sleep on fall and winter cool evenings. The pattern is a simple primitive one - nothing intricate or fancy. As such, between the thin profile and the overly simplistic styling, the price point is highly elevated. Since the color scheme goes with other items I have, am going to keep it. Otherwise, I'd return it and look for a better value option. If you're interested, I'd wait until a substantial sale is available. In a separate review I'll talk about the "shams", which aren't quilted or lined at all. Very cheap construction for not a cheap price!" I emailed their customer service department about this issue with posting an item review. Will see if they respond. The reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is when I reported an issue with the FedEx delivery, a customer service agent did research it, got in touch with FedEx and got the stalled shipment moving again. They communicated via email speedily and in a professional manner. Quality of merchandise? Not up to the customer service level.
