There was a message on our answering machine that they'd checked everything out and "everything looks good", it only needs the $79.99 alignment. Called back to authorize the alignment and that's when they hit me with "the passenger side strut is badly bent and tie rods are messed up". The repair price suddenly jumped up to $940 from the $80 original price!!!!! You're in shock. You argue and question and very reluctantly tell them to fix it. That evening you google struts and find the most expensive ones are $347/pair. So how did the price go up $860? You go to pick it up the next day and it's not ready! Cars that came in after us have been taken first. It's a 40 mile roundtrip. Call the next day and it's ready. You protest the huge price tag, pointing out struts for a Nissan are $347 or LESS. The manager argues back that they did so much more and even replaced another part that cost $60 for free. They have your car. You have no choice. Their struts for our car are $699! Quite a mark up from $347! We're retired and we just got massively taken by this place. Never, ever go there!

Hands down the worst service I receive here today. I dropped…read moremy car off for tire rotation and to check brakes and rotators as the brakes have been squeaky. I asked for a call when then car is in the shop. 4 hours later still no call. I called and spoke to someone who 1. Didn't know what vehicle I was talking about 2. Then said oh yea it's been done for hours. 3. I asked about the brake noise update. He didn't know what I was talking about then said oh they were fine. I asked why I didn't receive a call. He said "I had to leave to get my hair cut". I then asked, so was the noise investigated? He then got snippy and said, "I said they were fine". I asked him how he knew since he was out getting a hair cut. Then he said I was being rude because I asked who he talked to about the noise and if the brakes were worn down or if the rotators were needed to be grinded. He still didn't have an answer and said well you can just buy new brakes and rotators if you're concerned about it then. ‍‍‍ I told him nevermind, I'll come get my car and take it elsewhere. When I got back to the shop, he tried to backtrack. But too little too late.
