This sams club had many selections of perfumes like dolce and Havana, Prada, Marc jacobs, and other ones that are hard to find in sams clubs. They also had crocs, something that the ABQ and Santa Fe sams clubs don't have. Restrooms are more spacious and clean. Employees are friendly as well. read more

having a Sam's Club membership right now is pointless when they do not have any cleaning supplies needed for a business and put a limit of 1 item on the things they do actually have in stock. For the past several months going in there I have been telling the cashier NO I do not want to upgrade to the Plus membership, and guess what my recent visit I was informed that at some point I had in fact been upgraded! This store is a damn joke. Rude employees at its finest! The only people with great customer service and willing to help is the pharmacy and gas attendant. Went to buy cigarettes and waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up. When this sloth looking girl finally showed up she seemed annoyed that she had to help. If you don't like your job then go flip burgers. For crying out loud people smile. When you need to stock up on bulk items this is the place to go. I love how the carts are massive here; they are a lot of fun to push around. I don't really buy fresh food at Sam's because the quality is a bit iffy, but you can definitely find some winners in the frozen food area. I found some yummy packs of edamame this time around. The paper items (plates, napkins, paper towels etc.) are a good deal, and they have a nice section of books in the middle of the store. As you checkout the food court is right in front of you; I've had the frozen yogurt which is pretty tasty and only around $1! read more

Worst place ever the lady kept watching us like we're going to steal and when my kids were alone checking out the piano the same lady came up to them and said that they need to be with there parents when I was right by the next section where they were and she call someone on her radio an said there's to kids left unattended and get them and she embarrass my kids horribly and people around them look at my kids and made them so uncomfortable and she even followed my kids around and I spent almost 230.00 on stuff and piss my off so bad just wanted to leave the store without buying anything and scared my kids so bad and this store is rated below 0 there my review on this store walmart better there nice people not like SAMs employees read more

They are rude. My experience here was terrible! They didn't help lift a damn mattress into my vehicle and the manager didn't even say sorry, all she did was laugh at this situation and some other employee straight up started lying. Next time help my elderly grandparents or in general, anyone to liFt a MAtRess comE oN! All they said was "They're busy in the back." Well, have them come out and help. On top of this, the manager sent a "thank you" card and refunded my membership card, not one sorry. read more

It's your typical big box bulk store, everything you buy us in bulk. Pretty much have everything here, from automobile tires and batteries to a pharmacy. Lots of electronics and just a lot of stuff. Check out lanes are not that fast, but it gets the job done. Snack bar is a plus, you can eat for pennies on a dollar if you choose. read more

waited in line and then told i cannot go in til 10:00 unless i have a Plus Membership, and i was told to wait in that other line, which i noticed was all seniors like myself, i looked and went to get a perscription filled, came back and got into the less valued/seniors line, the lady from inside came out and singled me out and told me that i have to go thru the other line first, i told her i had already went thru that line and she told me my business membership card was not good enough to get in right now and was told to go get into this line, she said i want you to go thru this line again, i was getting upset, now i am being singled and dealing with some kind of attitude because they/she is treating paying members like second class people and she wants to force to go thru a long line again, very rude, arrogant and abusing people working there, not sure they worth the trouble anymore read more
