I really enjoy buying in bulk and shopping smart. My favorite buy from Sams club is their on the go snacks. I also enjoy buying juice boxes in bulk. Occasionally they have cute seasonal clothes. And cute Toms. I have ordered birthday cakes from here as well. Always a great buy. My kids and I occasionally enjoy eating pizza and hot dogs from Sams. Not always available but absolutely my favorite are the strawberry grilled chicken salad. I can't forget to mention I normally order my photo prints from here. read more

Love that Harlingen finally has a Sams of its own, it's nice & has great stuff. Staff wasn't that great not very helpful, except the girl at the food court she was very nice, stressed, but still very kind to my kids. read more

The Optical Dept is by far the worst. Shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Despite reporting to management, nothing at all was done. Literally, all that was said, was a sarcastic "oh, so sorry" This place is so far gone from real customer service, Corporate needs to step in. The secretary was late coming in, on her cell ph and sent customers away when the line got long, w an excuse, they could not be helped. Don't take your car in to this location to replace tires or purchase tires. They moved the electric seat in our car in order to drive it in and they jammed it. The technician was so rude and in a bad mood he forced back the seat and broke it. We filed a report with the store mgr. who told us to get an estimate for the damage in order to send it to their insurance dept. We got the cost estimate to get it fixed which cost us $140.00 and submitted it to the store Mgr. they called a week later and told they were not paying for anything because the car was a 2015 and was probably broken already. These people are so rude and unprofessional, they refused to pay for the damages their technician caused. Rude manager and unprofessional technicians. I filed a complaint with corporate office have not gotten a response to this day! Sams Auto center in Harlingen Are total jerks! read more

Insurance pays $250 toward glasses. I went in and waited patiently in line. After I got tired of waiting I approached the lady working there and was rudely told I wasnt allowed to look at the frames without an appointment. They could have told me that when I came in. Idiots working there with no common sense. read more

This visit allowed me to get and in with no issues. It was a relatively simple transaction. Nothing was great, but nothing was bad either.

This review is in reference to the LACK of customer service, LACK of courtesy @ the auto department @ the Harlingen Sams Club. I was there Friday 4/21 @ 615pm to checkin my car for the headlights treatment. "Dallas", That is what his badge read, "Dallas" head took my payment, took my keys & warned me me it would an 1 1/2, i said, "ok, no worries" a woman entered the dept from the Bay Area, & reiterated (in not a friendly tone) what Dallas had just informed me. So, I Waited for 15 minutes, then I decided to leave the premises to get a snack. , Before I left, I wrote a note with my info, (a second phone#)name, car description (my car was the only vehicle in the bay) to call me if any concerns. Confident that I would receive a call, I left, enjoyed my snack, returned at 7:40pm. I arrive at the store, to my surprise ALL the bays are closed, I rush inside to the auto dept, all the lights are out, and a sign reads, "CLOSED". I must have had a frantic expression, as a young lady walk by me, nonchalant & asks me, "are you looking for your car keys". I replied "YES". (Thinking that I would have to wait Until tomorrow for my keys) she replied, "oh, I have them". She proceeded to tell me that "they" had called me, To which I replied, "NOONE called me, to either phone #", she looked at me without empathy and handed my keys with my receipt, as if to say "to bad". Facial expressions & body language speak volumes. I left the building, I called the manage RAM to vent. My receipt reads "car in @ 6:19pm, car out @ 6:55pm" SO...... needless to say I was very disappointed with the custom service at the auto dept., it is senseless to have greeters with smiles, good attitude, when you have to deal with incompetence like this read more
