My Family and I visited this location Sunday, January 4th at 4:15 pm. As we were leaving. The male receipt checker( caucasian, about 55-65 years old, 5'8ft, long salt and pepper beard down to his chest, skinny). He said - Awww you got the whole gang with ya, how does it feel to be the minority? It was 4 of us, we all looked at him, very uncomfortably. I was responding to the first part of his statement, then we all heard the second part. So much to say!! And that's what he chose to say. This encounter was not only unprofessional but deeply offensive and racially charged. An apology alone is insufficient for the distress and discomfort caused to my family. Given the gravity of this experience, we expect Sam's Club to provide appropriate compensation for all four of us who were targeted by this behavior. We are looking for a resolution that acknowledges the harm done and demonstrates that such conduct is strictly intolerable. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Placed on-line order, needed to correct the shipping address, tried calling within the 30 min window to make changes, was on hold for about 30 mins and when I finally got a person and was told can't many any changes! So now I'm told I can't cancel my order. I was told to call once item ships with tracking number and they would canceled. After Numerous attempts to fix this now I'm told I can't cancel my order?? I got conveniently disconnected so many times I lost count! And every time I had to call back after being disconnected I was waiting at least 20-30 minutes just to get somebody!!!!!! the worst everrrrr. On Jan 2, 2026, I placed an order for curbside pickup. My son waited until well after the store closed, and they never brought the order out. Pickup was for 7 pm, and I got one email saying it was delayed, but nothing further. Similar thing happened on Dec 23, 2025. My order was not ready so I had to cancel it, which put me in a real bind because I was supposed to be taking the stuff to an event Management needs to address this. read more

Recently joined the club. I have made several trips in such a short time, LOL. There are so many deals and fun stuff to be had. Gas prices are much better than a regular gas station too. I just got ROYALLY SCREWED BY SAMS CLUB. Waited for the Nov 10, 2018 - 1 day sale event to order multiple Christmas gifts INCLUDING the LG 75" smart TV my hubby wanted. Part of the order delivers around end of Nov but no TV. Spent 2 weeks and countless hours calling SamsClub trying to find out what happened to TV. I was polite and courteous each and every time I called; was told repeatedly they would get me the TV. Last call on 12/3 was told TV out of stock, sending $25 Gift Card and will refund money. I TELL HER NO REFUND SEND AN LG FRIGGIN TV.... (Why would you have a 1 day sales event and not have enough product for demand???) She says "give me til Friday and I'll call you back. Friday comes and guess what, no call back so I CALLED SAMSCLUB AGAIN and rep tells me its out of stock - sucks to be me - yell at me all you want I'm use to it - you're not getting a TV..... Why was this place so busy on a Sunday afternoon? First, the greeter, had definitely missed her calling - because greeting was not her forte. She was either not too happy to be at her post or she was not too happy to see me moving slowly with my friend's 85 year old mother. I guess I should have been pushing her into the place at record speeds. Then my friend explained that the greeter was fixated on seeing "the card" - the "all-powerful card of entry", (my friend didn't call it this, but I did - in my area the greeters know that everyone knows that you won't be able to buy at the supposedly discounted prices unless you have the special membership card at the time of check-out. So in the Midwest they have become a bit lacks). The layout - please stop making folks walk through your entire store for the purpose of showing ALL of your bobbles and wares. This is the case with most stores - drives me up the short wall of insanity. An hour and half later and two shopping carts... we meet up with the same greeter, but now she's an "EXIT" greeter - today was just her day. You know how they have to check your cart to make sure you haven't stolen anything - so they count your items... Now wait a minute Miss Greeter - "You" don't want to follow the rules this time - "You" just want to get us out of the way, but you didn't count everything... Life is very short - smile more/take up a mirror and laugh at yourself - be helpful.... Oh I forgot Sam's is apart of Wal-Mart... Sigh! I actually like our Sam's Club back in the Midwest. The greeter recognizes customers and is pleasant and smiles a lot. read more

If this review were based only on Ivan from the tire department there it would be five stars. He has been very courteous & knowledgeable both times I've been there. Now the bad part: In all the many Sam's Clubs I've been in, I've never seen one in which the roasted chickens aren't at least close to being ready when the store opens. Three different times I've wanted roasted chicken, and they weren't ready. One time they weren't ready until 1:30 in the afternoon. The roasted chickens is a big part of the reason I get Sam's membership. Also, MANY items don't have prices marked on the racks. Today my issue was with folding chairs that weren't marked, and Twinning's tea bags. UGH!!! read more

i wanted to buy 8 lbs of chuck meat cut in 2" pieces. I had made this order for several years. Now the meat department tells me they cannot cut it unless I bought 16lbs. No explanation why and not even saying I'm sorry but cannot take your request. I walked out of store and went straight to Publix where I was greeted with a hearty "absolutely "! And the meat mgr. stopped what he was doing to cut it for me. No personality or personal touch at Sam's. I'm taking my business to Publix. read more

I drove 45 minutes to get the 50.00 gift card specials. I arrived at 8:02am (1 hr after opening) and there were no cards left. I women went to the customer service desk and was given to O'Charlie's gift cards without taking the advertisement card (you need this to get what gift card you wanted). The customer service supervisor told me that an associate made a mistake but I could go on line and get the gift cards. I went home and tried to order but are out of stock. I tried calling for an hour and never could get through to anyone. My company will not renew our membership. I am not giving my hard earned money to a company that employees persons that seem not to care. read more
