However, I made a gas purchase in the amount of $80.72 at the location on 10/17/22. On 10/20/22, I received an email from CheckRedi (apparently a third-party collections company CircleK uses to process the EasyPay) indicating that CheckRedi was charging me an additional $35 for the purchase because the original payment did not go through. I might add that I have never had an issue with CircleK EasyPay previously, and I actually have enjoyed the convenience of the EasyPay system. I contacted CircleK customer service via telephone and email explaining the situation. I received no response from either. I contacted CheckRedi and explained the situation to 3 different managers. They were absolutely unapologetic and were not willing to admit the ACH transfer could have been a glitch or in error. I told CheckRedi that I was disputing the $35 charge from them, however, I would absolutely agree to pay the original purchase amount I actually did owe. CheckRedi would not accept this. I then started to CheckRedi that I am officially disputing the charge and will take this to whatever level needed to expose this egregious customer service. Well, here we are. When and IF CircleK customer service gets back to me and resolves this issue, I will surely change the nature of this review. I trust this will happen in time as I have no reason not to expect otherwise. However, I believe CircleK needs to understand how the actions of CheckRedi are detrimental to the customers of CircleK. This is NOT who you want to represent your company.

This store is located at the top of a small hill on US-321 at an intersection that has a traffic light. There are entrances to the south and to the north of the station. It is easy to access and get back across to southbound 321 if needed. Wide pumps with a very high roof. The receipt printer worked and the squeegee worked. There was no litter on the ground. I got pico, cheddar cheese and mustard on mine. The pico was also fresh . I would order from this gas station over Zaxbys, Kentucky Fried or Buffalo Wild Wings. I walked back inside to grab the extra sauce my customer requested and ordered, and after playing a game of 20 questions the blonde girl in the pink shirt preparing the food threw the sauce at me. I said "thank you!" And she didn't say anything back, not even a "have a good night" or anything. Just really rude in general, and acted like she didn't want to give my customer what was ordered when she was the one who left it out to begin with! Lastly, the store is in terrible condition. Very dirty and not stocked. There are employees standing around and joking with each other, yet they can't seem to restock the supplies around the drink machine or wipe down the sticky drink and ice cream residue on the counters.
