A good enough Sam's Club to get your essentials. The staff here is pretty friendly but always seem like they're trying to rush me through when it comes to checking in and checking out of the store. This Sam's club is very clean but a very odd layout and when I have asked about where items may be, because I can't find them, most of the time the staff is a little confused like me or need to find an extra person to point me in the right direction. They always have a ton of seasonal stuff and it is fun seeing everything that they have to offer during the holiday season (whichever it may be). Prices are bulk pricing because of the amount you're buying. I like to see new things they have to offer and usually end up walking out with a bulk bag of candy because it'll never go to waste in my house lol! A nice Sam's club but not one I would drop what ok doing or go out of my way for. Definitely a location for convenience for me. read more

I did workflow studies for my job and Sam's Club is So much better than -Costco where the lines are long at check out. -They don't trust customer with their scanners at the check out counters. -And if you earned a reward check you can't use them at the self check out counters. They have to cash you out and process at the desk. Time waster!!! I asked them why they were not automated" because the way it is." So I switched to Sam's club because of their efficiency and effective workflows and better customer service. Walmarts charges you an annual charge to express your A$$ at the checkout counter. I have been a member of this location for years. The food is priced well. The gasoline that is available is priced less than the local WaWa. The pharmacy is very convenient to pickup any medication from my doctor. So I would say the experience that is provided is worth the value. read more

Came here to grab some chips for our vaca. Walked around a bit. The store is clean and well organized. Good prices. My husband commented that the parking lot was pretty full and yet, the store didn't feel crowded at all. He was shocked. We ordered 3 hotdog combos ($1.50 each) at the snack bar. They have ordering kiosks which I've never seen before. Made ordering simple BUT for some reason, the usual 30 second wait we normally have, took like 100X longer. I have never, in any Sam's club I've ever been to, waited like 10 minutes for hotdogs... especially since there wasn't a line in front of me. There are a few options in the area for a Sam's Club and I'd have to say Lake Nona Sam's is probably your best bet. The store feels clean and newer. (This tracks since it isn't too old.) If you visit on the weekend you're likely to find them making fresh squeezed orange juice- the aroma is enough to make you want a jug. Parking tends to be plentiful and I am super appreciative of them rolling out "Scan & Go" which makes check out a breeze. My bad for dropping a bottle of liquor while waiting for my ride to pull up. I offered to rebuy the bottle as it was totally my fault for being a klutz. I was kind and respectful to ask for someone to help cleanup the glass as I didn't want anyone to be hurt. I offered to rebuy the bottle because it was totally my fault for dropping it (minus the snotty cashier reminding me I could handle it). They wouldn't resell to me because I dropped one out of 4 bottles while carrying. Ummmm thanks guys...No, I haven't drank all day, but you made you feel like a lush and ridiculous out of control person. I offered to rebuy the bottle, let's remember this. I wasn't trying to work the system or anything, but you made me look like a ridiculous lush trying to get a fix eventhough I had my kids in car with my boyfriend. I love Sams and repeatedly asked to just rebuy the bottle that I by accidentally dropped. Thank you for making me feel like an alcoholic and awkward the entire time. Geez! It was an accident that I admitted to and wasn't looking for anything free. I just didn't want anyone hurt from brown glass. This is a great Sams Club!! Closer to home than the other Sams Club I use to frequent and so much cleaner and it's in a perfect location in Lake Nona. So close to the gym, Walmart, TJ Maxx and countless restaurants nearby. Sams has just about everything you need from groceries, wine, jewelry, furniture,tires and even an optical shop. I come here every week to get my essentials. Everything comes in bulk so it's perfect for meal preps. There's some things that Sams Club doesn't carry. But for the most part, they do have the basics you do need.Produce is much fresher and lasts longer compared to other grocery stores. I like coming here after the gym when I'm starving so I can stuff my face with samples... it's perfect so I don't end up overspending on groceries. And believe me.. it is easy to overspend on food that ends up sitting in the fridge untouched. The great thing about Sams Club is that they open their doors an hour early for business card owners. My mother in law who use to own her alterations business added me to her account so my Sams Club says that I'm a business owner too. When I'm running my errands early in the morning I come to Sams first before they open their doors to the general public so that I can beat the rush. Another thing I love about Sams is their gas. It's usually an average of .05 cents cheaper.. beating other leading gas station prices. read more

Today's experience... 1. Ordered online the day before; ordered confirmed for 2-3pm window. 2. 3pm came and went... contacted customer service.. told me that they were "finalizing" my order and will be ready in 30 minutes 3. An HOUR later, I pulled up to the pick up area and was told that there were 4 more orders before mine was to be PICKED UP from the floor. I was told that I could go inside and do it myself and to talk to her (delivery area) to process the delivery. 4. I picked up most items (some were already out), and I was told that they would cancel the order and I had to make the line to check out like the customer that shopped in the store. 5. I left the items there and left the store. From item #2 to #5: 2.5 hours. Bottom line: I gave it a 1 star, because 0 or negative stars is not an option. read more

I have to say this wholesale chain is better then the others. I have been here several times now. I have a membership card here as my employer (a school) uses it quiet often. I was so at least 4 times a month. The deals in my opinion are amazing. I have purchase several times items for staff breakfasts and lunches even on a whim and have been able to find everything needed. Love the ready made wraps in the prepared food section. The buffalo chicken wrap being my favorite. Easy to purchase several trays for staff and everyone enjoys. Great charcuterie items a a great price. The layout and signage is well thought out. Very helpful employees here that you can ALWAYS find. A lot of the ither big box stores never seem to have enough employees helping. Lines here are wonderful and taken care of quickly. read more

I've always been a Costco person and really dislike Walmart. However, this location is nearby and I decided to try it. I really have nothing negative to say. The produce is fresh and they've got every kind of snack we could want. Their pickup kind of stinks because most of the time they're out of the produce I need for pickup- even though they usually have it in store. Weird. Overall, great place. read more

Clean and quick. This is a great Sams location. The staff is great the samples are always delicious and more importantly the store is clean. I hate dirty stores so this Sams is great. Parking could be better but hey, first world problems aren't too bad lol. The store has delicious groceries, cake, pizza, and frozen yogurt. Come on by and see the awesomeness. Oh although I have never done it the tire center changes tires and rotated them at a great price. Pay for the plus membership and you get cash back when your yearly membership expires. This is a an excellent club with friendlier staff and as others have said overall cleaner store. I prefer this location because there are other restaurants and upscale shopping in the area. The staff at the service desk and even the door monitors are very friendly and engaging. They really want to help you and make you have a good experience. The layout of this store is nice and I find that sometimes they have different clothes than some of the other Sam's Clubs. It is very easy to find convenient parking and get in and out of this store. They do strictly enforce the 10 items in the self service checkout so watch that when selecting your items. My only request would be that they bring back Sobe to the fountain drink area. This was my go to as it is caffeine free and low calories. I think they eliminated this from all the Sams locations, leaving the light lemonade or unsweet iced tea. read more

I am a fan of Sam's Club, especially the Narcoose store. We went early this morning to get stuff for our Christmas dinner. We stopped at the desk where they sell phones to check out any specials they might have, as my husband's phone has been dying a slow painful death. They had a special going and we purchased a new cell phone. The guys at the counter were awesome and very knowledgeable. We were shopping for our other things in no time. Plenty of Christmas gift ideas. Great selection of discounted gift cards. We always purchase our meat from Sam's. Great prices in their meat department. We love that they will cut steaks the way you want, if you can't find what you are looking for. Great selection of baked goods. A nice selection of fresh flowers. Friendly staff. I actually love this Sam's Club. We usually go on weekdays and it tends to be nice and quiet - plenty of room for social distancing and I can take my time looking at the products. Mask wearing is not really enforced though because I see customers without them all the time. Just be careful and keep your distance :) hand sanitizer wipes for your cart are available, sadly they no longer do it for you which I thought was more sanitary - oh well! They tend to have more or less the same stock, but every so often they will get a new plant based option that I've never tried before. I may keep coming to this location even if I move! read more

I scanned an item twice by mistake and as I was exiting the lady that was scanning the receipts was telling me that the item was not on the receipt. I said I'm sorry i think I scanned an item twice instead of scanning one of the meats. It turns out I paid more than I should've. She started to cut me off while I was trying to explain what happened. She had a nasty attitude so I asked for someone else because she put her finger near my face and walked away. The supervisor came to diffuse the situation and apologized. If it wasn't for the supervisor I wouldn't have come back and would've cancel my membership. read more

When the hours on the website and when you search this location reflect that they open at 9am Saturdays no where but apparently on their door when you arrive does it say those "early" hours are only for members plus. When you don't live close and drive 40 mins to shop with your membership it's extremely frustrating. Excellent club that has both friendlier staff members and also cleaner layouts and overall cleaner store. I have been to a few Sam's Clubs in the area and this is by far my favorite location. I thought this place was awesome . I was wrong. I just purchased medication and food for my family . They scanned my receipt and they scanned a item in my shopping cart and I left. I went back to the store to return a item that was billed on my credit card . They said I did not buy the item they kept the item and did not give me my credit back on my credit card . This is a large company with deep pockets . They do not care about customers or customer service . All they care about is the bottom line for the company and the stockholders . I will not go here ever again . It looks like I'm going to open up a membership at Costco and use their services . Stay away from this greedy company. There stock prices are just going up. Even when there are longer lines in house, when zi had an issue doing self-checkout they are on top of it promptly with circulating customer service individuals. This is a review of Samsung and Sams Club. Purchased a 82 inch TU700D Samsung from Sams club. Rented a truck to get it home huge TV. Did not turn on. Returned it, Sams Club gave me anouther one with no problem. Second TV had a Crack on the inside of the TV which is not visible. Neither sams club or Samsung will take responsibility, rented 2 trucks for 2 tvs and treated them both with tending loving care. $1,700 later...paper wate that will hit the trash. Be very careful. Have been a very devoted Sams and Samsung owner over the years, but this experience and loss of fonds have changed my mind on future purchases. read more

I live pretty close to this sams club. My husband really wanted to try out their services. WAY BETTER than Walmart. The produce is fresh and lasts longer and you can get meat from them and know it's going to stay fresh for a while too. I like coming to pick up from here. It's quick, easy and hassle free. I have gone in the store a hand full of times and each time was not very busy at all. The store was clean, the workers are friendly and the displays are well kept. The only thing I would suggest is having security. I know Walmart doesn't have security and this is a safe area and location (for now) but the more people who move in from out of state, I have seen people fighting in the parking lot and the club. I am a paying member and I don't want to see the ghettos of other states or areas ruining my shopping experience. Other than that, great store! read more

On the other side very poor management, my girlfriend has been there for interview 3-4 times already, the website ask you to choose a day for interview but when you get there the "manager" (Veronica) isn't even on the building. The position she's applying to (Pharmacy Tech) somehow disappears, the only ones available are for Member Assistant. When she finally gets the chance to get an interview they gave her the job (not the position she applied for). Now, it has been a month since they gave her the "job" but she hasn't started because somehow the system wouldn't let them hire her, so she needs to apply again. read more

No customer service I tried calling this store 4 times. 1st time it rang 20 times and no one answered. I tried again thinking I had the wrong number. A recording answers saying to wait for next available person. I asked for liquor when someone answered after 12 rings. When he transferred me to liquor I asked my question (do you carry Cristal?) the girl who answered after a long pause said, I don't know the answer to your question. I have to transfer you. (To Where? To whom?) Then the line was empty. After 5 minutes I finally hung up. It's a shame I was ready to spend $250 and I'll take my business elsewhere. read more
