I have a good memory of this Pharmacy because of the beautiful sunset photos that I took here, because they had exactly what I wanted and were pretty friendly and helpful with me to assist me getting it. 3 stars is about the most that I can ever give to an expensive chain Pharmacy like this and when I say expensive I mean grossly overpriced - but consider it a compliment, because I usually give 1 or 2 to CV. It's right in the middle of Chinatown Orlando, and very conveniently located on the corner.

I took a closer look and found that a dead bug was in the bottle alongside my pills. I'm absolutely disgusted and can't imagine how unhygienic this pharmacy must be to miss a whole black bug in a bottle of white pills. I won't be back to this CVS under any circumstances and will stick with Walgreens.

In my opinion they have the best delivery agents." With an endorsement like that, of course I am going to trust the experts. The shop itself is tidy, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them and had me ready to go out the door in less than 10 minutes. The pharmacist took the time to explain how the medication tube worked and the best methods for application. When I notified them I was going to need something to submit to my HCSA for reimbursement, I was given a printout which the insurance accepted without any questions. The pharmacist also told me that if I ever needed to have my medicine delivered to save me a trip, to call them and they would take care of it. You'd never get this type of customer service from a Walgreen's or a CVS.

Now, it is true that not all the…read morelocations are made equally, but for the most part, what you can get at one, you can find/get at MOST. This particular location, the Publix near Lake Eola, is not a location I shop FREQUENTLY, but it is one that I pass through more than some other locations. It is centrally located, making it fairly easy to get to. It has FREE parking underground - which is a perk in that area because street parking, pending the day and time, can get a bit tricky to find. The staff is usually always kind. Since it is near Lake Eola, this location does get a lot of foot traffic, so at times, it can get congested. It is a bit smaller than some other locations, but again, you can get a good amount of what you need here. Outside of that, it's your standard grocery store.
