For several years, my husband and I have been Executive members of Costco, and we have off and on shopped at this Costco. This store includes departments of groceries, electronics, jewelry, appliances, clothing, accessories, health and beauty, books, optical, hearing aid center, pharmacy, food court, gas station, tire center, etcetera. We shop here to stock up on groceries (e.g., chicken, salmon, pierogies, asparagus, caesar salad, and granola bars), household cleaning products (e.g., paper towels, toilet paper, and pods for laundry and dishes), and hygiene products (e.g., contact solution). They also have good deal on gift cards, winter coats, computers, and batteries. We think that Costco's products are a high quality and that their prices are low. I often forget to bring my large tote bags from home, so I appreciate that Costco provides free cardboard boxes near the cash registers. The cashiers have always accurately rung up our purchases and politely thanked us.

For many years, I have shopped at this particular Costco in Robinson Township. The store always has full stocked, well organized, and clean shelves and racks. The available products are name brands as well as Costco's own store brand. I usually stock up on some groceries (meats, fishes, fruits, vegetables, and drink mixes), household products (dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and contact solution), pet supplies (treats and dog pads), and gift cards. The cashiers perform their jobs well. I just have to remember to bring my large totes from home, because Costco does not provide bags.

I wish I could give them negative stars, they earned it…read more ProSource KNOWINGLY sold me a stone tile/backsplash product that MUST be cut wet. However, it contains a water soluble glue which makes this impossible as the stone falls off the mesh backing when it gets wet. I was NOT made aware of this when I purchased it and Prosource denied knowing the issue even existed until 2 months in on a phone call with Ed the showroom manager, who was dumb enough to admit they knew it was an issue. I spent countless hours calling and emailing both the manufacturer, Topcu, and ProSource attempting to learn a way to be able to install the product as my wife and I both really like it. I even purchased 3 additional new diamond blades in a vain attempt to cut it, because "this has never happened before". Then what I was told, and I still cannot believe they were stupid enough to suggest this, was to remove each individual stone from the backing, cut it wet, then glue it back on. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth the final answer the manufacturer said to do would cost more than the product itself did, take countless hours of work, be nearly impossible to do correctly and completely make the product un returnable. For an alleged high end product that cost over $300 per box. ProSource refused to take back the product except under unreasonable circumstances, only taking back non cut and non broken sheets, a 25% restocking fee AND my paying the freight back to the manufacturer in Georgia. The manufacturers rep admitted to me on multiple occasions that the situation was ridiculous but still I could not get an acceptable resolution from them either. I guess they expected me to lay down and take the abuse. Not this guy. I fought and I won...just like I told them I would. Now I get to warn you. Who is dumb enough to use a water soluble glue on a product that must be cut wet? Topcu. Who is both dumb enough to sell that product to consumers without telling them? Dave at ProSource Monroeville. Who is dumb enough to insist this has never happened before? Todd at ProSource Monroeville and Brian at Topcu. Who is dumb enough to admit this does happen and I was lied to repeatedly for over 2 months? Ed at Prosource Monroeville. Who was smart enough to give me my money back? PNC. You would be better off buying your supplies at a flea market. But if you want to buy this crap they sold me check the usual spots where people sell stuff, I will be listing it for sale there until someone buys it, which I expect will be a very long time.

I love finding a shirt that gets people talking and of course the compliments that come with them. One day recently when I had time to walk the streets of Oakland I made sure that I made a stop here. I knew of this place in only that it existed. I also knew that this place dealt with creating and producing designs if you are in need of that. But I was not here for that. I walked in and it is a rather small place for shopping, but that's not what this place is designed to do. They are basically here to serve you with your needs. There are two desks as you walk in that have people sitting at to help you through the process of designing you soon to be one of a kind shirt. Along with that there are a few wall racks and floor racks with shirts specifically designed for Pitt and Pittsburgh for purchase, that's what I was here for. I browsed the racks and had to make a tough decision. Their designs are great and I really wanted more than one but I was refraining because I know that I go overboard when it comes to tees. The pricing is the norm and quite honestly you are able to find a steal of a deal here. I walked out with a shirt that asks, "Yinz want fries on that?" How perfect is that for a Pittsburgh novelty shirt? Accurate.

The mall also has many lower-priced clothing stores, including American Eagle, Banana Republic, Buckle, Chico's, Express, GAP, H&M, Hollister, J.Crew, J.Jill, Levi's, LOFT, Madewell, PacSun, Victoria's Secret, White House Black Market, and Zumiez. Unfortunately, a few of my favorite clothing stores have closed since my previous review. Several other stores sell shoes and accessories, such as Coach, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, Lens Crafters, Pandora, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Tumi, VisionWorks, and Warby Parker. The mall also has electronics stores such as Apple and phone stores. Stores for home goods include Crate and Barrel, RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Tempur-Pedic, and Williams-Sonoma. Current restaurants are Auntie Anne's, Cheesecake Factory, Plaza Azteca, Nordstrom Ruscello, several casual restaurants in the food court, etcetera. Unlike many other indoor malls, Ross Park Mall is not dead. Most store fronts are occupied, and only a few store fronts are empty and awaiting future retailers.

She also offered the opportunity to add items I might have not thought of earlier. My daughter had to pick up for me as I was in post-covid recovery (hence my online order). That was no issue, and she informed me the pickup process was seamless. The products I got, including produce, were perfect. The bill was actually less than originally totalled, surprisingly. I guess those filets were on sale? LOL Well done, Mary Ann and Verona Giant Eagle. Thank you for getting it right!

Beyond this they are doing absolutely nothing to social distance. The isles used to be marked. The capacity of the store should be maybe 10 customers at a time to safely run this store. This is profit over people plain and simple. If you cannot run your business properly then close it down.
