All Sam's clubs are great, but this location in particular is extra special! Whenever I stop in, they always have nice merchandise for pitt and Pittsburgh sports teams. Also lots of Pennsylvania centered clothing too. The best part is Sam's club always lowers prices, I've gotten several shirts for under $5 when they hit clearance! You cannot beat the price. Some of my favorite things I've gotten is a T-shirt for a pens game and a Steelers baseball hat. This location also has a great variety of groceries and other essentials! There are lot of prepared food options as well. The gas station has never been super busy when I've gone. I have not experienced a long wait. Also they have supplies to clean your windshield which is always nice. This location also has a pharmacy, tire center, and a cafe for hot prepared food. Overall a great Sam's club! read more

Typical Sam's Club! I used to stop in here a lot when I was staying in the area at one of the many hotels before or after my flights to get snacks, drinks, etc. It's nothing special tbh. It's just like most of the other Sam's Clubs in the USA where every employee feels entitled and also has a bad attitude. Super unappreciative of their jobs and zero respect for the customers. Employees: 1.) Never help 2.) Look at you while shopping like wtf do you want 3.) Never smile at the registers or in general 4.) Blah Nothing else really to say about this store except it is one of the main reasons I never renewed my membership after 20+ years of being a club member. I'd rather shop small now and pay a little bit more to help out the small businesses with everything going on but also get treated with respect and appreciated for all of the money I spend. Plenty of product available at reasonable prices. Always worth shopping if buying for a large family or keeping stock. Store appears always clean with the exception of the bathrooms. Rarely clean. I do notice that some Sam's stock different items at different locations like the Jamaican meat pies. If you buy bulk, nothing beats going here. I recommend getting the plus card if shopping a lot since the cash rewards more than pay for the membership and then some! What can I say about Sam's club that you don't already know? Probably not much. I love that buying some items in bulk make more sense than getting from the local store. Good example...for $5 and some change you can get an industrial size container of nacho cheese and for $7 and some change, 2 massive bags of tortilla chips then invite all of your friends and family over for nachos and still have some left. I also love that I can order contacts and they are ready for me to pick up in 1-2 days. They tend to regulary have food samplings which are always fun. The only cons of a Sam's Club membership is you may find a fave and then learn it's no longer offered. If you order a cake, for example, the pick up time is 10am unless you pay for a business membership which gets you in as early as 7am. read more

I never understood it... the membership fee. They charge you a annual fee for the right to shop there. Unless you shop there often and eat everything you buy without waste will you ever make your money back? Not to mention you're tempted to buy in bulk which will probably end up in the trash. But still... i love this place. 4 stars for the horrible membership fees. And they make you bring your own bags which is pretty green. But it's the ONLY place where you can buy slim jims in bulk. I live abroad and I must have my supplies when I visit home to take to my adopted country. Most of the products here I don't find much cheaper than walmart. It's just bigger. They have an electronic section which is pretty cheap. You can get an ipad for far cheaper than anywhere else. Well I just went out there a while back. The sales are STUPENDOUS ! Of course, it's just the much larger and first step to Walmart so there's just gonna be some GREAT deals to discover. I like this location a lot. It's easy to get to being right off the highway for the most part depending on the time of the day. The staff here are always friendly and helpful and they actually always have pretty much all the registers open. The store is always clean and well stocked. The hot bar food area is always great and you can't beat there deals. The food is always fresh and quick. I love there soft pretzels here. The meat department is another thing I like here being it's always a good cut and there prices are always fair. I recently even got new tires here from the tire department and it was a breeze. I'm just a lover of Sam's club and I find it's very hard to have a bad experience there because customer care really is important to them. Buying in bulk definitely is not for everyone but there's more than just bulk food here. The gas is always way cheaper to. I'll continue to come to this location in the future. read more

New phone system at Sam's Club. I called today the phone rang for 5 minutes before pickup. Then 10 minutes on hold. When they did pick up I asked if they were busy I was told no. I was told that the new phones don't ring,, there's only a flashing light so unless you look at the phone you don't know that someone is calling. When I asked to be transferred to the manager she said she could not do that. How crazy is that? I asked her to give my name and number to the manager. I doubt she will. I like Sams Club I really do, but my experience today has left me incredibly frustrated, it's a combination of my past few visits really. Every time I come to this location I am accosted by the man monitoring the door. I just want to flash my member card and go shopping but no every time he's there trying to strike up a 15minute conversation about nothing. He literally follows people into the store and will stand in front of their carts. I feel relieved when I arrive on days when he's already latched onto other patrons who cant get away or someone else is monitoring the door. Today I had to pretend I was on my phone to get away from him. I thought that would be the end of it, I was wrong. Headed toward frozen chicken I encountered a young main with a clipboard, as I narrowly avoided him I was then ambushed by the chocolate caramel lady. I just wanted to get the chicken so I pressed on. I then heard the words "What'syourzipcodeyoucouldgeta$45giftcard!!!!" If pop up adds were a person this guy was it. I have never felt like my business was less valued than during my experience at the Sams Club in Robinson. As a *Sams Plus member with a line of credit at the store neither the associates nor the management were remotely concerned with retaining my business or ensuring satisfaction. When you're on a dietary regimen this place is pretty nifty. Not always "Cheaper" since you have to take into consideration the price per unit when making purchases, it does hit a home-run when it comes to certain purchases. I like to buy my lunches and breakfasts in bulk and leave the creativity for dinner time. So I save a lot since the price per meal for breakfasts and lunches comes out to be about $4.00 instead of at least double if I ate out. Lines can get long and some of the employees are less than polished if you catch them in a busy day. However you can get in and out pretty efficiently if you bring a list of the things you need. I HIGHLY recommend coming with a list, otherwise you'll be in the triple digits for your purchase in no time. Went to this location with my mother, as she shops often at Sam's Club (I shop at Costco, and she doesn't really have a Costco near her). We went over to look at TVs for my stepdad, and she was confused on which one would work the best for what he wanted. The problem is that there was no one there to assist us, so my mother and I had to determine which one would work best. Prices are pretty comparable to other locations, nothing really popped out at me during our trip. At least the store was clean, and what employees we did come across were friendly. read more

Went with Mi padre caz he got the hookup holla if you hear me. Stocked up on lunch snackies for my snoochie they were most delighted when they came home from school jumping up and down. Mom gets a golden star for today. ;) Even though we went early the place was pretty packed for a Thursday 9/8 and we had the get in early free card. By the time we were leaving they were setting up sample tables. The usual workers were nice, had to ask for for help to find an item they walked with me to it, saw one of the big cheese's they recognized me and asked how my snoochie was. Cashier was efficient packed the cart just right didn't squish or bang up my ish. But a lil grumpy maybe just the age, crotchetiness does not look well on anyone dealing with the public. I've been a Sam's shopper for a lil over 20 years, I'm bout that life. Go shopping again in the near future??....mos def. Don't buy a TV Warranty we purchased a Samsung 75 inch Q after 4 months the TV went bad We paid 2100 and all they do is push you around and then the warranty company is doing the same thing They think it makes sense to repair and trouble shoot this is crazy. The lines are usually a bit long, but for the most part Sam's is cool! Usually the prices are pretty decent, but don't just grab stuff and assume the price is better because it is bulk. Often you will find that the per unit price may be cheaper elsewhere. If you like movies or TV series on DVD check out the movie section. It may be small but there are several TV series that I collect and found a lot cheaper at Sam's club. Plus often their gas is 5 to 10¢ cheaper than elsewhere. read more

Great customer service! I arrived to purchase 20 cases of water because I realized I forgot to order online the night before for pickup. When I grabbed a flat bed a female worker met me in the water aisle and said her and her coworker would take care of it and have it at the front checkout in a few minutes. I continued my shopping, went to the checkout, paid for my items and another worker was waiting to help load in my car! i have been a sam's customer for many years. last sunday, 06/13/15, i went to sam's at about 10:00 a.m. there were no buggys in the parking lot because people were taking them off of people coming out of the store. i went in to the store and there were no buggys. i ask the girl at the door where the buggys were and she said they were all out. no offer to call someone to get some buggys. i am 77 years old and i don't think i should have to run around the store looking for a buggy but i did. i could not find a buggy and the store was not that busy. therefore, i picked up one item and checked out by myself. as i left the room there were several buggys in the outer room where people leave the store. i would have spent over a $100.00 if i had something to put items into. think i will register at costo's. read more
