Have lived in the Front Range 2 years. We gave both warehouse a full year. At first Sam's Club was fairly decent, then certain items disappeared never to return. It is almost impossible to find any staff on the floor, except when you check out then you are accosted by them to buy their c/c, sign up for their app and tbeing told i can not bag my own items as i would not be able to exit their radiation inducing security system (riss) lol. Final insult was almost tripling the new membership fees. Something really changed in this particular stores management and it was not for the better. We will drive 10 more miles to W.C.S. read more

The lady at the exit doors is rude and RACIST. Every time me and my kids shop at Sam's club and she's working she has to check every SINGLE item in our cart but lets everyone else go ahead. read more

To me Sam's Club wants to be Costco and just isn't. That isn't to say it doesn't have some good stuff and amazing deals! I really like getting laundry detergent, cleaning stuff, pop, coffee and snacks here. Their meat selection is OK. It seems like sometimes it is amazing and other times I can't even find bacon. I actually love their app that lets you scan as you go and then you just pay when done and can walk to the checkers at the door - super convenient. I am a Sam's Club member so I will be as honest as possible. I normally allow Sam's to fill all my scripts and have done so for several years. My physician faxed my scripts and as soon as I left the doctor's I headed to Sam's. Got to the pharmacy window and inquired about scripts and they almost had them ready. So I went to the back of store got case of water and back to pharmacy window and was told done. Now that's service. The price was even cheaper because I had the plus membership. Five scripts ,ninety day supply fifteen bucks.Cant beat that. Great job Pharmacy staff and yes I will be back . Phil B read more

Had to travel back and forth through Colorado several times over the last few years and this was always our favorite stop. First, we'd fill up on gas and stretch our legs. Gas prices were always great for members. Afterwards, we'd stop in the food court for a pizza combo and a 4 berry sundae. At $2.49 for a slice of pizza and a large drink plus $1.88 for a sundae, it's hard to beat. Slices are big enough that they can be cut in half. I love to shop at Sam's club and do pretty much weekly. You have great staff, very helpful . we like to go in sometimes , get some lunch then shop or vice versa but you've made that are unfriendly for your customers that like to do that by taking out the tables to sit and eat at. Very inconvenient. Didn't know the tables were going be until today. Didn't notice they were gone until after ordering the food. Couldn't stay to shop as we had to go to the car to eat and I wasn't going back in. Please think about your customers!! read more

All Sam's club is it is an extension of Walmart except I'm being charged to come and shop and buy in bulk items that are outdated or they have been sitting in a cargo hold on a ship for months and months no I think I'll pass. read more

When a corporation can't supply enough workers to make things go smoothly for the customer, knowing it's pretty much their only job, a big fail is should be printed on the manager's evaluation. You have 10 self check outs and nobody to verify ID's for alcohol. But you have a ton of employees walking by, nonchalantly to the snack bar?! For f sake! Get on the horn and announce people need help instead of letting them wait! Time stamp 5pm on 3-14-22 if you need to pull someone's head out their arse. The head cashier Laura was so rude to us, calling use hoarders as we were buying food for our employees atThe Home Depot, she was telling all the customers that we were hoarding food, we talked to the manager and he said we could buy all we wanted as long as we went through the self checkout, plus what we were getting they had 3 pallets of that product. Actually if you are there to just shop its fine. Wife and I went and we have had issues in the past with food being dated but still out on the shelves for sale. She is particular that way and will check (as everyone should) their sell by and use by dates on the food. We went today, a Sunday, around 11am. We wanted to go earlier to beat the heat. The place was busy, but clean. Well stocked. Had no issues getting what we wanted and self checked out in a timely fashion. Not a great deal of wait time. My issue was that when my wife and I left there was a dog over heating in a car in the parking lot right at the front in the handicapped spot. I wrote down the license, make and model of the car and you could see it from the front door as it was RIGHT there. The windows were cracked but given the sun quality in high desert as well as it being August, well this poor medium sized dog was panting away trying to wedge his head out the window. So I went to the lady at the front who was greeting. She announced into her microphone. Nothing. No response. She asked me to go to customer service. I did. I waited. Then talked to the girl there. She also announced into her portable microphone for a manager. That's when said manager popped up. A short woman she said it plainly. They couldn't do anything. Sure its their parking lot. Sure its a dog dying in a car. But if I wanted to call animal control or the police I was welcome to. How about you announce it on the PA? If that was a kid in the car something would be done. How about some water to the car for the dog? Her attitude was that she was too busy on a Sunday to do anything about this. She had the empathy level of Stalin for that dog. I cussed her out in Gaelic rather fiercely. Way to go Sams Club. How about you actually start hiring people that care more about just getting things sold in the store and actually have a little empathy that extends beyond what the numbers for the day were. read more

Sam's club is like any other store where you can buy in large quantities. It's easy to spend a ton of money here but you live off it for months! I happen to like this one in particular because the staff members here are extra friendly. No matter what day or time you come to a store like this it is always busy and packed. I'm sure the weekends are obviously way more busy but during the week isn't as hetic. read more

I Placed an order on-line, for three Shirts on Oct 2nd, 2021. I was told I would have them By Oct, 20-21. On the 15th., I called Sam's, to Inquire about My Order, I Had NOT Received a Shipping, or Delivery, Info. from them. and I was re-directed to a Customer Service Agent, which told me: It would be There ON TIME. I Just needed to wait till the Delivery Date of 20-21 Oct. Well now It's October24th. NO DELIVERY, NO NOTICE, They Haven't even Boxed it for Shipping, Haven't even Pulled the Order. I'M Told "I'm Sorry BUT" Now I Have to Wait another 3-5 Days to Speak to Someone about My Missing Order, and Shipment. I Needed those Shirts for November 1st. This is the Worst. DO NOY ORDER FROM SAMS, IF YOU EXPECT TO GET IT WIT-IN A MONTH. OR MAYBE TWO. I Knew I should Have Ordered From AMAZON. Their ALWAYS on TIME, and Up to Date. They Have A Great Track Record. I am writing this review because I cannot get any response from Sam's Club locally or Corporate. Several weeks ago my wife and I were in Sam's Club Pueblo and had frozen yogurt. There was something wrong with the yogurt and made both of us sick. I contacted the manager on duty and explained what occured. I do not know what happen after that. Two days ago we again ordered the yogurt and found it to be the same as the day we got sick. I took it back explaining the earlier incident and received something in place of the yogurt. I thought that the employees would have someone from management get in contact with us while we sat and injoyed a hot dog. Since no one contacted us, on our way out of the store I stopped and gave a supervisor my business card, requesting a phone call. If has now been over 48 hours ago and no contact. Yesterday after 24 hours, I contacted the store requesting the phone number of the District Manager. I was told that they did not have the District Manager's phone number in store and gave the 800 number to Sams.com. I contacted Sams. Com at the number provided and t's hey coulld not provide me with contact information of a Manager at the District level or higher. I searched the internet for some type of contact information and finally found an email contact form. I filled it out completely and provided the information above. I received an email back a day later stating my email I sent was incomplete information. I responded back that possibly rather than telling me what I did wrong in the original email, they should be asking how to contact me to assist me. I received an email back stating I should not change the subject. I then received an email back stating my request for assisance was declined. After 28 years as a member, a Sam's Plus member, and a Master Card holder, I am considering becoming a CosCo member and driving an extra 70 miles round trip. read more

Lately I have noticed the brand "Member's Mark" is now the only choices for many items. I used to buy Planters cashews and other nuts in the larger containers, not anymore!! They only have Member's Mark!! Also look at salsa brands- "Member's Mark", once again, and maybe Pace, they used to carry Roberto's and others. They really need to bring back choices of brands, other than their (Member's Mark) brand, to the customers. read more

I just moved here and was very pleased with my experience with this store. All staff has been friendly and helpful as we signed up for my business membership. The shelves were well stocked with all kinds of items. I'm particularly impressed with the meat and produce sections. Another favorite part of this store for me was the frozen seafood section I got some Alaskan King Crab legs for my mother and a bag of frozen Colossoal size shrimp a good price and were very tasty when we steamed them with the crab legs, mother was so hungry that she kept eating the shrimp right out of the pan while I was still setting the table. I think she would be in heaven if she could have crab legs once a week!! read more
