I enjoy shopping here, prices and most items are comparable to what you find in the US. With lots of the same brands you're used to but not all items are brands you'll recognize.
The store is smaller then most US locations but it has a good mix of items .. bakery, alcohol, frozen treats, meats, milk, coffee, cleaning supplies, toiletries, furniture, office supplies, housewares & clothing.
They do not have the same return policies as in the US so ask prior to buying, clothing can't be returned. You can't use your Sams Credit Card at this location, the cashier said to call, not sure if you need another card or some how authorize use in Mexico. You can pay in dollars (US coins not accepted) or pesos. They do not have empty cardboard boxes or bags at checkout so bring your own.
Customer service will vary with every visit, some cashiers are very helpful while others don't even greet you they just wave you over. It might be the language barrier but I speak Spanish & have found it doesn't matter. read more
