I went here expecting to buy food at the cafe however they informed me that they changed how you buy it to it only being on the app. Not only does it now require a membership but it is just more complicated than it has to be when It used to be done at the counter with no issue. read more

I'm clubbing like three times a week. Seriously, here all. the. time. between personal and work shopping. Good prices on household items. Rotisserie chicken is tasty and convenient. Half my wardrobe is from their clothing section. Small selection of books, but prices are good on what they do have. Cafe is not to be missed! Brownie sundae is less than $2 and has like two whole brownies and a caramel drizzle in it. Frozen yogurt is tasty and reminds me of a thicker Wendy's frosty. Pizza is pretty decent considering how cheap it is. This location has a new FujiSan sushi station. I've only gotten something from it once, but I enjoyed it. Not the best sushi ever but respectable. Restrooms are usually kept pretty clean. The only thing that really annoys me about this place is that they have recently started asking to see your member card at the door. It's a hassle. It backs up entering traffic. I can't buy anything without a card anyway. Seems kind of pointless to me. read more

They should have a day pass for Canadian Shoppers. Walmart closed down their Sam's Club Stores in Canada. We were members.

Super nice staff. I do Scan and Go. Love it! Also free delivery to Theresa. One of the only stores that does this!

There is no Costco near by which makes this wholesaler valuable. Great for bulk marchandises such as napkins, shampoos, and produce. Furniture s are available and great for businesses who sells consession or small restaurant. read more

Sam's club in Watertown, NY has been one headache after the other. Following suit with Walmart's reduction of checkers they had eliminated all but one checker today so I had to go through the self-checkout lane. I handed my recipe over at the door as always but was informed today that I needed to remove every item from my reusable grocery bags. With only 18 items and 4 of them in the bottom of my cart this seemed ridiculous. You could easily look down in the bags to see what was in them. The "door" worker said this was policy, however, I have never been asked to remove everything before. I explained that she was free to remove everything and then put it all back. She refused and said its policy that the customer does it. At this point I explained that if Sams club wants to see every item that goes into a a customers bag and wants to watch the customer put it in there then they need to have attendant at the self checkout. She continued to say that "I just work here" which is the classic customer service "fuck off". I walked out at this point. I'm not going to remove everything from my bags that I just loaded up because Walmart/Sams Club wants to cut jobs. Good riddance. Membership will not be renewed. Not quite sure why but this Sam's seems to have better deals, or get deals earlier, than my local one. But that's fine with me, except for the part of having to pay higher taxes, but that's the tradeoff isn't it lol. I would have given another star except there's no gas. And cheaper gas is one of the main reasons I get a Sam's membership card after all. read more

I purchased four tires from the Sam' Club in E. Syracuse last year. The warranty covered the problems with the tire and roadside service. On Memorial Day weekend I came out of a store and saw that my tire was almost flat. I had a tire inflater and added air and called the number on the warranty papers. I was informed that it was just roadside service and told to go to a call/go to a Sams club. The East Syracuse store is now closed and the nearest Sam's was in Watertown, N.Y. I called the Watertown Store and was told that I had to drive to their store 70 miles away. The donut (spare) instructions has limited speed and distance. The shortest route was Rt. 81 a super highway, back roads would have been twice the the maximum distance. When I spoke to the Sam's auto representative he said to drive the distance anyway. I said I felt that it would be dangerous to ignore the safety instructions, and he said that it was my decision. I was not willing to take that chance. I drove to the nearest tire store, less than mile away, and had to purchase a new tire. I believe that Sam's should reimburse me for the cost of the tire. I was stranded on a holiday weekend with a undersized, temporary tire. I expected them to honor their warranty, and I expected their technician to be more helpful. I am a senior citizen with a disabled husband and this was a serious situation for us. I made several phone calls, and sent an email to customer service and have not had a response from them. This is not acceptable. read more
