Being in town for a week working, it was nice to find this shop early. I rarely go to a shop in a…read morenew town this many times. This is a very clean, unassuming shop that clearly is focused on their customer and their craft. Everything on the menu sounded appealing and I was happy to have some locals around to share their favorites and narrow it down for me. I loved every soup of the day that I had, loved every sandwich/wrap that I tried, and I found myself wanting to try something new in town but being unable to. I had to come back day after day. This is a great place that I plan to revisit anytime I'm in town.

We picked up some hot apple cider and various treats. I really love that they sell peanut butter fudge which is my favorite. We also picked up some chocolate fudge and a few other things. If you walk around to the back you can enjoy the beautiful waterfall. Watch your step if there is ice on the walkway. These photos are from our first visit two years ago. This is definitely a spot to visit if you are in Watertown, New York.

We picked up 3 soups to-go and this is just based on the three soups we tried…read more Lasagna Soup- This was very good and my favorite of the three. It was a little different from other traditional lasagna soups as it had some carrots and mushrooms in it. Still very flavorful though and enjoyed their twist on it. Zuppa Toscana-This was good but it lacked some flavor. Italian Wedding- Also good but the meatballs fell a little short. Kind of hard. Would like to go back and try some more of their prepared dishes!
