My husband and I waited about 20 minutes just to be helped, even though we were the only customers in the store. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. The budtender appeared highly sedated, moved at the pace of a sloth, and came across as very snarky and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were inconveniencing them by simply trying to make a purchase. This location could learn a lot from the staff at the White Plains location, where the customer service is friendly, efficient, and professional every time I've visited. Management should seriously evaluate the level of customer service being provided here and ensure employees are not using the products while they're on the job. Customers deserve attentive, professional service, especially when they're spending their hard-earned money. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating enough that I'll think twice before returning to this location
