the atmosphere is great there the employees are friendly and have great knowledge of there product. they do not force anything on you, they are quick to recommend and show you what they like and let you decide for your self. they carry in my opinion the best products around to the area. was in there last night in fact and was talking to Sam see how she was doing cause I know she was out sick for a couple of days she was as always very personable and friendly and still gave customer services with a smile. the juice they carry is outstanding and it is great how they will let the customers sample and help decide if they will bring it in. why?? cause the customers are the ones purchasing and using it. there is several that are my personnel favorite ber-nanners is the BOMB! I live in lower southern md so it is kind of a hassle to get up to Vape Jungle to grab juice. With that being said I was in the area about a week ago and stopped in. Upon entering the shop I was greeted with smiles and asked if I need help. Talk to Chuckie and told him I was in the area and wanted to grab some of the shops juice line. He promptly went to the back and grabbed it for me and actually had a conversation with me. It's nice to go somewhere and know that they do not just want to take your money. I am a "regular" at another vapor shop in the area and it is nice to get the same customer service from a shop that has never seen me before. I also contacted the owners wife about grabbing some more of their juice and she went as far as saying they would set it aside because of the drive I have to make to get up there. This place is awesome! Everyone is chill. Judgement free zone to just hang and vape and the owners and people who work there even take the time to show you how to build and change your mods and Cotten, take the time to make sure you get what YOU want and even help out to find something affordable but is still bangin. I've even seen a customer come in with a box mode he bought from them because it stopped working and the owner made no hesitation to give him a new one to vape on until he could fix the other. Very professional and friendly people working there. Def my favorite place to hang and vape and get the best flavors around town. I have started from the bottom (starter pen) 2 years ago. The first time I walked in the doors of vape jungle I felt a great vibe from the workers. One employee sticks out in particular though, Sam. I walked in with some box I bought offline I couldn't get to work, we shared a huge laugh when we found out it didn't have batteries in it (DUH) ever since then I've stuck with vapejungle. Sam will take her time with you, (she has a lot of patience for my picky taste), if something stops working ( or you break it like me), she will do her best to fix it for you, and suggest the best products for your liking. Was in there a few months ago to get a tank but they kept trying to push their mods when I didn't want one. Their atmosphere is kinda lame.... I understand the jungle theme but to have mushrooms all over your walls kinda sends the wrong message, especially when you sell tobacco pipes. It honestly looks like a ghetto head shop not a vape shop; especially with the graffiti on the walls. Anyways what's most important is their poor customer service. We didn't even get acknowledged when my husband and I walked in they just continued their conversation with each other like that was more important. SO.....My husband decided he wanted a vaporizer for Christmas and I knew less then nothing about them but being the great wife that I am, I went out in search of one. A friend of mine told me that I had to go the Vape Jungle and check it out, so I went in and Sam helped me. I was intimidated going in and was worried the staff might not be super friendly because I didn't really know what I was looking for but SAM WAS AMAZING! Obviously one of the best if not the best store in the area. They are knowledgeable and friendly e-vape professionals ready to help you learn what you need to know or relax and find the right flavor. The store itself is one of the best, although they could do more to make their tester dripper bottles more accessible when the "flavor tasting bar" side is packed. They have multiple tables with pen-style e-cig cartridges to test out flavors with a pen style e-cig. I do believe they have the widest selection in the area, they literally have a wall of e-juices to pick from and their house juices are high quality. I was amazed by the big selection of juice Vape Jungle has and the atmosphere was a great place for me and my girlfriend to vape and chill. Spencer was cool to hang and talk to and great at recommending juice. Walked in only to get a few things and ended up staying a few hours. This place is by far the best vape shop anywhere down in southern maryland. I used moved from Baltimore a few months ago so it's refreshing to actually be able to go to a cool spot in southern maryland. Great Shop, Great service, Great selection. If you ask them what juices are good in a specific flavor profile the first recommendation they give is usually exactly what you where looking for. I have been to vape lounges and had employees look at me like hurry up and make a selection when I have been through 3 or 4 juices and still hadn't found what I was looking for, but at the Vape Jungle in Waldorf I have sampled 7 or 8 juices and not only did I not get any funny looks but the guy loaded up 2 more tanks and told me I should try these because I might like them..those ended up being the 2 juices I purchased read more

Vape Jungle is beyond the best vape shop I have ever been to. The place is a chill spot to hang out and get caped out with the staff and other fellow vapers. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. They by far have the best products of any vape shop in southern Maryland. They have a can do attitude with all of there costumers. This shop is great. The staff is very laid back and friendly, and can answer any questions you have. I don't get an "elitist" vibe like you might find at other shops. Their selection of juice is great, and reasonably priced, and they can build coils for you if you use an rda. The employee who built the coil in my temple was very knowledgeable and made a beautiful build. All in all, it's the best shop I have found so far in southern Maryland. This place is awesome. I walked in and Sam hooked me up. She showed me how to use my mod and the RDA I got because I was new to dripping. There was so many juices to choose from, so that would be the only downfall is being overwhelmed by flavor selection. I drive all the way from Prince Frederick to go to this shop because it is the absolute best. Juice is cheap and always good. I love the Manson made in house, it's way better than cereal killa.
