I called East Coast Limo in order to book a 10-passenger limo for my wedding, which was this past…read moreweekend. I only needed a one way trip, for my groomsmen, to take me from my house to the church. I asked for the limo to pick me up at 1:30 as the ceremony started at 2:30. I looked out the window and noticed no limo at 1:15, then at 1:30, and I started to panic. I called the dispatcher, who told me that the driver was already on their way. I figured, "great, i'll still be ok." Another 10 minutes went by and the dispatcher called me to say the driver got stuck at a light 5 different times, and that they should be there shortly. I only live 2 miles away from the company, which does not take 15 minutes door to door. The dispatcher wasn't very nice about it and insisted that I would still make it on time. To me, that response was the icing on the cake. By 2:00pm, I said screw it and we all drove ourselves. I at least had the decency to call for the fourth time but no one answered. I wonder why. I left a a message that I will no longer be using their service because they were over 30 minutes late, which is absolutely ridiculous. I will never use this company, nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone. Shame on you for not even calling to apologize. It was a wedding and you couldn't even be early, let alone on time.
