I was offered $10 off my next purchase, which obviously isn't an even trade. I waited a week and didn't hear from anyone so I called the store manager, who was very rude and treated me like I didn't have any right to ask for my money back. In the end he offered to give me a refund, but when I went into the store, again he was very rude and dismissive. I would highly recommend going to any other GNC store to avoid unnecessary extra charges, stress, and rude treatment.
