Samson gleefully rented me an apartment they had not viewed in over 5 years. Landlord showed apartment with some of previous tenant's possessions still there and bathroom blocked off so I could not fully view. It looked promising and I was under a huge time crunch to find something. Problems became apparent after I moved in. Place has OUTDATED ELECTRIC (old loose outlets that won't hold plugs & heat up. Ancient breaker box) and a huge BLACK MOLD problem. No bathroom lights/Shower wasn't functional until a week after moving in and only because I found someone to fix it. Is some of this on the landlord? Most definitely, but just know that once you sign the lease & they get their fee, you are on your own. They do not care if they find you an unsafe place. read more

I experienced rude and dismissive treatment from staff and landlord at Samson Realty, unanswered phone calls and emails when looking for a new apartment or trying to discuss pertinent issues, short notice of extreme rental increases from the rental agency, and patchwork done on items in the apartment that should have been replaced. We were renting an apartment from Samson Realty at 138 Irving Ave, Providence, RI 02906. The main problem is the power-tripping landlord called Dave. The apartment was pretty awful too. This is a detailed review, covering the entire experience, so you can make a judgment for yourself. It has been a few days since this happened. I am now looking through all the other reviews, with all very similar complaints -- and I highly regret ever contacting Samson Realty. Sometimes you just want to think horrible things won't happen to you, especially if you follow the rules and stay out of trouble. However, if a company has such a bad track record, sometimes no matter what you do, you would get screwed. Everything was fine when I was interacting with Samson Realty. Their people were professional, so I could hardly imagine how badly they could mess this up. We were in a hurry to move to Providence and needed an apartment as soon as possible, so everything was moving very quickly. Big mistake, since we didn't even check the Yelp reviews. We had to drive halfway across the country to go to our apartment, which was nothing like the videos and pictures. There was a hole in the wall, filled with tennis balls. And there was a giant hole in the wall, where the dishwasher was supposed to be. Yes, really. We were paying $1700/month to live in a dump? We have been dealing with Samson this entire time, but they referred us to the landlord Dave. This was the first time we have called him. My boyfriend was telling him all the things that need to be fixed, and Dave was already very rude. He talked loudly and all over my boyfriend. My boyfriend is a very polite and professional person, so I could not stand the way Dave was talking to him. And my boyfriend was also angry with him, but just couldn't express it. I called back and asked Dave, "Why was the dishwasher not there?" And yes I was mad, so I was very stern! But then he FLIPPED OUT. Completely unwarranted, to a very justified question. Told me that we were "nit-picky," said I was rude, claimed he was "great at customer service, just ask anyone" (word of advice Dave, if you were really great at it, you wouldn't have to tell me.). Seriously, you are going to accuse your clients of being nit-picky over something we are paying a lot of money for? Then he said, "Either you are going to live here without complaint, or I will tear up the lease right now." There was a lot more, but this soundbite can reveal how insane the interaction was. I was in disbelief. I gave the phone back to my boyfriend. Dave told him, "you've been a perfect gentleman, but your girlfriend is super aggressive!" I barely got a word in throughout Dave's tirade. Really, this so-called businessman was complaining about a man's girlfriend to his face. This disrespect was the last straw. My boyfriend told him that since we drove across the country, we would appreciate it if he could let us live there a month, with rent, until we find a new apartment. Dave told us no. Dave recognized that we are people in a vulnerable situation, with no place to live, and we will have to take his nonsense. Since Dave thought "tearing up the lease" would hurt us, fine, let's leave. We moved in on the same day, and had to move out in the rain. Samson Realty called us back, and said we can just forget about this and keep the lease. Good luck with that! We just got yelled at by a trigger-happy person, and we don't care if we have to drive another 30 hours to go back where we came from. The company said they were "sorry," and that Dave explained that he is not normally like this. Sure, yet you are yelling at your clients on the first day of talking to them. Dave never apologized to us, and had to get someone else to do it on his behalf! This company wasted so much of our time and money. They should really pay us reparations for the 60 hours we drove in total to see this awful apartment and interact with this awful man, Dave. We had to move out the same day in heavy rain, and all our belongings got wet. Yes, so we really spent all our time, money on gas, and have all our belongings ruined. Our loss for this trip costed thousands of dollars, including all the preparations we had to make and things that were stolen in the many hotels we had to reside in. Imagine we were not as privileged, and had nowhere to go. Luckily, we had friends in the city who sympathized with us and offered us a place to stay. We also had a home to drive back to another state. This monster Dave would really yell at us, then threaten us to throw us out on the street. ON THE FIRST DAY OF TALKING TO HIM. As they say in the midwest, bless you, Dave. Hope to God that you find peace in yourself. Most importantly, stop taking advantage of vulnerable people. read more

I absolutely won't be renting with Samson Realty. I've been looking for an apartment for the past 2 months. Tried reaching out to Samson Realty and had an impossibly difficult time getting someone to call/email me back. Beverly was helpful in suggesting a few properties, but hasn't responded to emails or calls to the office I've made for the past week. I went into the office today and spoke to a woman with red hair (office manager?) who was unbelievably rude. Wouldn't talk through any of the properties, only insisted on emailing me info to review on my own time. Couldn't find any time for me to walk through any of the properties. Continuously huffed and sighed any time I had further questions, although the conversation wasn't any longer than 5 minutes. If this is how they treat potential renters I can't imagine how they treat their tenants. read more

IF ONLY ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION! The long and short of it is, Samson does not properly vet their landlords before they list their properties. We wound up with a slumlord, and after two months of living in our apartment and dealing with SQUIRRELS COMING INTO OUR HOME AND EATING OUR FOOD AND POOPING ON OUR STUFF, are going through proceedings to break our lease. We lost $75 bucks, plus our security deposit in this deal, even though we caused no damage to our apartment. Sucks, because my partner and I are broke grad students just trying to get by in a shitty economy. We mailed a letter to Samson about our experience but we have yet to hear back. Not gonna hold my breath! You're better off using Trulia or driving around and looking for signs. Also- the apartment we lived in was 21 Elmgrove Avenue, on the 3rd floor. For what its worth, the fire escape is super duper rusty and there are no smoke detectors in that unit, plus all the windows are rotted. Well, let me see. Where to start. How about this, don't bother. I think if you walk to the ice cream parlor located near by you will be much happier in the end. We were in the area and we are looking to rent a house. We noticed that there was a real estate place with a great big 'Walk In's Welcome.' So we decided to saunter on in. Well, they make sure, as soon as you walk in the door that you are not welcome. The sign is obviously a mistake and they have not managed to get there lazy you know what up and remove it. When we walked in there must have been 5 women all crowded around a single desk. By the way, the place is very crowded with desks, over sized monitors and desk chairs. They were all obviously chatting about something but they stopped and all started to move towards there desks as soon as they noticed us. Then when we told one of them we were looking for a place to rent, single family house, she rolled her eyes. We told her we were not concerned about location, Cranston north the Dedham, North Smithfield east to Bristol. Amazingly enough, there was only one house in all of RI for rent, too bad they did not allow dogs. Sooooo By-By. They could not get us out the door fast enough. So no, there is not a review on this sight that I don't believe. read more

Took three times to get a hold of them my phone, on the phone they were less than helpful, told me they would send me more information via email, never got the email, called and emailed again NO RESPONSE from anything. Saw a great property and called the number on the sign and was so sad to find out it was Samson!! Took forever to get them to call me back tried to convince me that their crappy studio with a mini fridge is the best value in the neighborhood, totally rude and condescending, THEN he gives me the name of someone else at Samson, the number was disconnected. They rented me a DUMP. My fiancé and I were looking to move into Providence from out of state, and found an ad on craigslist for a property they were representing. I sent them an email, no response. Couple days later I call, they never got my email, but they give me more info, take down my name and number and the apartment I'm interested in. I call back the next day to talk to them further and arrange a time for my fiancé to fly out and inspect the apartment, and they don't have a record of me so they take my information AGAIN. They finally assign us to an agent, Jeffrey, who was alright. They charged us $35 per person for application fees, and we stressed that we needed to move in right away otherwise we would be paying for hotel rooms while we waited. They kept stringing us along saying, "I'm sure you can move in in just a couple days," and it ended up taking a little over week. If they had just been hontest with us from the start we wouldn't have wasted so much money staying there and would have just flown back. Hotels in providence are NOT cheap. Once we get into the apartment we started to discover that the other tenants in the building and the neighborhood are NOT at ALL what Samson or the property owner represented to us. Being unfamiliar with the area, we had to go on good faith that they were being honest about the area and tenants. The neighborhood was rough to say the least, the street was full of garbage and a cop arrived at the house across the street to break up a domestic dispute on our first night. We were told no pets and the first floor tenant had a dog that barked all day. The second floor was supposed to have four people, yet there were at least 7 people living there. Once we started cleaning it (it was really dirty, but we were ok with cleaning it ourselves because of our time constraint), we discover that the place is like a house of cards. It looks great until you touch it, and it just falls down.There were giant holes all over the walls, multiple cracks that ran the length of the wall on EVEYR SINGLE WALL, extremely weak wallboard in several rooms, black mold in the bathroom, completely missing a section of baseboard in bathroom, the stairwell had plaster falling off the walls and ceilings all over... The place was in violation of at least 5 housing codes, probably more. The owner said it needed a few things done, but when someone says that it usually means A FEW THINGS, not a renovation. This place was barely live-able. I can't believe Samson was even willing to take on a property like this, let alone act as if there is nothing wrong with it and try and rent it to someone. It was a disaster of an experience. The people that work there are nice enough, but they're dumb as bricks, irresponsible, and unprofessional. They represent nothing but crap properties nobody else wants. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

I was a little nervous to deal with this realty company given their reviews, but saw a few listings on Craigslist that looked like they would work for me so I decided to give them a chance. I had a surprisingly good experience and ultimately chose to rent from them. The agent I worked with, Valerie, was great. She answered my questions about the rental application via text even when the office was closed on a weekend and went back after I had signed the lease to measure rooms in the apartment for me since I am coming from a distance (and included a video of the space I hadn't even requested!). If this review was just for her, I would give 5/5 stars. I took off one star only because when I once interacted with someone at the office besides Valerie over the phone, they didn't seem as knowledgeable and gave me incorrect information. read more

Then made worse when the pandemic hit and I was forced to work from home 24/7. I called David and begged him to please help me find a new place. 1.0 star rating5/12/2017 I find it hard to believe that they screen either the apartments or the landlords. My last apartment had so many problems that the landlords had to make $5000 worth of improvements to get it up to code to rent after I finally realized all the problems and moved out and reported them. I should have known better, but I went with Sampson again. They moved me into an apartment right next to a hoarder who had been there for 24 years. Not a word said by landlord or Sampson, who had rented the apartment for "20years". The smell which was heavily disguised during showing by air freshener, was bad. To add insult to injury, they are non-responsive AND rude. I think that they just think, "Oh they're students, they don't know any better..." I am a former landlord and do know better. Unfortunately I think that students go with them and get stuck. Stay away Update: Oh, yeah, and when I tried to get a reference for another apartment, they said that they wouldn't give me one because I gave them a bad review. They said, "Take it down, and we'll give you a neutral one" so I did. But guess what? I have an 831 credit score and am a nurse so I have a new apartment without your reference and I put it back up. ^*^ U. The review and your threats stand. read more

The problem with this company are the owners they deal with. Mostly dumps, owners that don't upgrade, paint or keep their properties in a livable state. Way overpriced as well. DO NOT look for apartments through these people. I have beautiful credit and saw an apartment that I was interested in. The rental agent asked what my income was and I told her and we scheduled a showing. I filled out the application and submitted the deposit for them to run my credit and leave a hard inquiry and bring my credit down just to be denied because "My income didn't meet the owner's standards." Why wasn't that decided before my credit was ran?? So unprofessional and a waste of time. Please don't go through these people for apartments unless you want to be denied and get your credit lowered read more

While there was one real estate agent who was very nice - everyone else I encountered here was less than friendly. We rented a propery through Samson and were very excited about the location that we were renting. When we went in to sign the lease we were shocked at how uncomfortable the office is. It is crammed with desks and there is very little place to stand let alone sit without being in someone's way. Not so welcoming for a place that advertises that walk-ins are welcome. When we were in the middle of signing the lease (after already having paid a substantial application fee PER PERSON), the real estate agent says "Oh and by the way the house is for sale - they told you that right?" Ummm...no. We had no idea actually but it was too late at that point as we had already given our current place notice - and I'm sure we wouldn't have gotten a refund had we asked. So we hoped for the best - thinking maybe the person who bought the house would decide to rent it out. We moved in and happily lived there for about a week before they started showing the apartment. The first time that they gave us less than 24 hours notice, we let it go. However, it happened again and again. Three months after we moved in, the house sold. While we would have been able to stay through the end of our lease - we did feel pressure to move out quicker than that. They did say they'd help us find a new place but all they did was offer their own properties which were far out of our price range. In the meantime, there were different inspections that needed to be done and some testing also - once I even got a call when the realtor was outside of the house (I was at work). She forgot to mention that there would be people in our apartment installing something having to do with Radon. Some notice would have been nice. While they were good enough to talk to the landlord and ask him to give us our security deposit to move into our new place - it took them a week and me calling the landlord directly to actually get that done. I should have just called him directly in the first place. Honestly...I am so glad to be done with this realtor. Our landlord was fantastic and the apartment was great - however the service at Samson seems to have missed the mark completely. Really terrible service. read more

I had a similar experience to Mike, who wrote the 1st review. I notices that Samson Realty had a bunch of properties in Providence and so I decided to let them help me find an apartment. All they did was waste my time. I went in with a very specific list of things that I needed (parking for 1 car, pet-friendly, either a yard or close to a park, less than .2 miles from a bus stop, etc.) I walked into their offices to talk to an agent, with the hopes that I could look at some units that day. I was told I would have to make an appointment and come back the next day. So I did... The agent only took me to see 2 apartments, neither of which had the things I was looking for, and both were above what I wanted to pay in rent. The agent seemed very confused as to why I was unsatisfied. We tried again the next day. This time is was only 1 apartment, with less than the first 2 had to offer. After that I just went back to searching on my own. I found a great place the following week, and just moved in. I also agree that Samson floods craigslist with ads for apartments that are either fake, or just to hook people in. When I asked about several of the craigslist ads I was told (contrary to the ad) that they either did not allow pets, or were already rented. Silly me, I guess assuming since the ad said "big fenced in yard, great for dogs" that it was ok for my 20 pound dog was the wrong thing to do. My experience with Samson Realty was UNPLEASANT. WALK-IN'S WELCOME? NOT SO MUCH.... So my wife and I were living in a sublet for 2 months right around the block from Samson. We wanted to find another place ASAP so we walked over there on a Saturday afternoon, since walk-in's are so welcome. Well, we walked in and stood their for a solid minute before a woman turned to us and said "Um, I'm busy right now" and asked some guy Josh or Justin to help us. His response to us was "I'm not actually here right now, but I'll help you for a minute". WTF?!?! He certainly wasn't a hologram, and he was in fact actually there. So Josh/Justin/Whateverhisnamewas scrolled through some properties we might be interested in and told us he would email them to us. Well, 2 days went by and nothing... So I called back and asked to speak with him and he wasn't there. I called again, spoke to him and he still didn't send the properties to me. By that point I was officially over Samson Realty. The service there was RUDE and NOT HELPFUL. I will never go there again nor would I EVER recommend them to anybody. The staff was rude and didn't seem to care for our business. If you're moving to Providence you're better off finding a short sublet and calling the numbers from signs in front of properties (posted by private owners). We ended up finding a 3 bedroom apartment for the price some real estate companies were charging for a studio! read more

Where to even begin with this company. What a waste of valuable time and effort during the stressful and hectic task of finding an apartment in Providence. I was driving by Samson on a lunch break and decided to stop in due to their large "Walk-In's Welcome" sign. I walked in and was greeted by a man sitting at a desk to my left. He told me that it would be a few minutes or so before I could meet with an agent. (Totally understandable). I met with Bev (The realtor assigned to me) and she gave me a few properties to look at. She told me to send her an email after I drove by the properties and see if I liked them. I emailed her 2 hours later stating interesting. My girlfriend emailed her more property listings we had found online that we were interested in that same day as well. I didn't hear from Bev for about 2 weeks despite sending numerous emails. I finally called Samson and they told me that they would have Bev follow up. She did follow up that day, with 2 phone calls (I missed the first one, called back and missed her, and then we finally connected on the 3rd call). On the phone she sent me one more property in Pawtucket, somewhere we weren't interested in looking. She had no mention of the two properties she initially gave me and none of the 5 or so my girlfriend gave her. I decided to call Samson to give my honest testament of my disappointing experience. I just spoke with Dave, the owner, 7/12/16, and his response to reconsidering their business practices was "Let me tell you what happens. People like you with bad credit or who want a dog are the ones who write these reviews." Ironic Dave, your employee didn't even email us back when we sent a list of potential properties so you wouldn't know what my credit is. Also, he said to look at all the positive reviews on the bottom? I don't see one higher than 1 star. Marty, a second owner, called me today, 7/14, to apologize and explain their side of the story. I appreciated the call and his candor, but unfortunately the service is not what I thought it would be and I definitely did not think Dave's discourteous and inappropriate comments to me were warranted. Please do a service to all those looking for an apartment and steer far from this company. What a shame and disappointment. read more

If you're a horrible landlord who loathes your current tenants, this is the realty office for you. Agents all have horrible phone manners and give less than 24 hours notice when scheduling appointments. They don't show up for the appointments, but when they do, you'll come back to an unlocked apartment with items clearly disturbed (ex. computer screens active and used). There's a complete lack of communication between agents. After SIX scheduled appointments in one week I found out none of them had actually happened because they DIDN'T HAVE A WORKING KEY. Everyone I worked with here was super pleasant. Jefrey was really nice and helpful and found me a really cute apartment. The office is definitely unwelcoming and cluttered and it's awkward doing a walk in because everyone stares at you and you kinda have to announce to everyone why you're there and then someone volunteers as tribute. They could benefit from a receptionist and maybe a bigger office space. Otherwise my dealings with them have been overall pleasant and smooth. read more

I cringe when I see an apartment listed with this company because every experience has been of utter frustration and disappointment. 2 separate instances where I've set up viewing appointments with the same agent and get called the morning of telling me within the last 24 hours the apartments have been rented. The most recent example being it took more than a day and a half for the agent to return my call. I speak to her on a Wednesday to schedule a time to see the apartment and am told Friday afternoon would be the earliest because she was out of the office Thursday. Fine, everyone needs time off, however in the meantime the apartment has been rented and am only notified the morning of. It's frustrating to not only experience this once, but twice now because of an apparent lack of communication and basic customer service skills within the agency as a whole. Please do yourself a huge favor and don't waste your time or energy trying to use this agency. read more

Don't bother. They simply don't return calls. Last year I went in person hoping they could help find an apartment for our daughter starting grad school. I was three months early and had a generous budget to spend. Never heard a word from them. Meanwhile I visited over a dozen places on my own and rented one. You are better off driving around looking for "For Rent" signs, using CL, or the college's off-campus housing listings. This year I responded to an ad they placed about a larger apartment. We were ready to put down a deposit that day, but someone from their office would have to call us back. Three days went by and we heard nothing. We called them and they had already rented it. Thanks. I responded to let her know I was very interested and could we set up a time to talk. After several days with no response I assumed they were simply busy and that calling would be a good option. I asked to speak with Mary as she was the one who initially emailed and no only was she rude and rushed me off the phone but she told me she would email me several listings and never did! I emailed her with several I found on their website I was interested in (might as well do the work myself) and still no response. Talk about a rude unhelpful company. Seeing all of the negative reviews on here, I really didn't want to deal with Samson Realty, but since the majority of the properties that were within my price range and in the area I wanted were advertised by them, I decided to give them a shot. I had a pleasant experience with them. I dealt with both Jefrey and Irene, and I was happy with the customer service from both of them. I called about a property I had seen on Craigslist (yes, they do spam Craigslist - that much is true) - which was rented, but Jefrey offered to show me another property that met all of my requirements. I decided during the tour I would take the apartment, and I filled out the application and gave her both the application fee and the security deposit. A couple of days later Irene called me to say that my application had been approved, and that I should stop by to sign the lease. When I did, she went over everything with me, including all of my questions regarding pets. I had first asked about having two cats instead of one, and she said she would ask the landlord and get back to me. She didn't get back to me about it, but I decided I could only afford one cat, so I didn't matter in the end. She also suggested that I set up my electricity and internet early so that I would have them when I moved in. I had trouble setting the electricity up, since the electric company had my apartment labeled differently than the actual address of my apartment, I had trouble setting it up. I had to call back and forth between the electric company and Samson Realty a couple of times, but Samson Realty was very helpful in getting me the information I needed. I picked up my keys and moved in the other day. It remains to be seen how many problems I have with the apartment (things falling apart, etc.) but so far I'm happy with it considering my low budget AND it does fit all of my requirements. I was already familiar with the neighborhood before I moved in, so I know for a fact it's a relatively nice part of town. I had no problems with customer service, there was prompt kindly communication. I had contact with Samson Realty when my husband and I wanted to rent a home. We just sold our home(which we owned), and started to look for a nice property to rent. I was very upfront and honest about a less than good credit rating, because my husband was in the hospital for 4 months, having 5 artery surgeries, serious with each 10 to 12 hours long. He was told that he may die on the table. When he returned home, we also had bills from a daily visiting nurse, physical therapist, hospital bed costs, and expensive medications he took. The hospital room cost alone was 100,000. The medical bills were exhorbitant, surgeon bills, meds in hospital and so much more involving charges for my husbands serious medical issues, which now makes him a handicapped individual by law. I started to have a backup of unpaid bills because of paying off huge medical bills. We finally sold our house and wanted to move closer to our family. The owner of Samson Realty was a man named David, who treated us disrespectfully, rude, arrogently, and was quite condescending. I offered to pay the lease ahead on a year to year basis, but he rudely dismissed me, and when I mentioned the new housing development in Seekonk, MA he said, and I quote " no,no we have a very long waiting list and you would not fit in". This is when I started to feel he was passing his judgement on us, and entered discrimination into my mind. He would not work with us at all, although we had plenty of funds, and the funds from the sale of our home too. I started to review the Seekonk Town Counsel paperwork on the computer, and found the holding co, that developed this housing area. Seekonk town counsel was not overly excited about this huge development building in Seekonk, with legitimate concerns about a proper amount of Firemen, Police, School population Issues, the use of protected land and forests, and sewage issues, etc. I saw the blueprints too, and noticed an above 55 age group area, which meant that this holding company ( of which I have the persons name, address, and phone number), applied for large amounts of money from state and federal funds due to having a 55 and over area, yet you will never see them advertise that they have over 55 housing. I feel that my husband and myself have been discriminated by the owner of Samson Realty, David, as he has entered his own personal agenda about older persons and disabled persons who wish to lease in this new housing area. I also researched information from the main state agencies in MA, regarding discrimination. MA is very strict about personal discrimination agenda's in regard to realty companies and holding co. who build housing. A discrimination agenda is very serious, as persons disabled or elderly are protected by state and federal law. I will go forward with a discrimination lawsuit. I have a lawyer who specializes in this area, thus Samson Realty, owner David and RI Seekonk Holdings LLC and it's owner,will be entered as the offenders in my discrimination case because we were elderly and my husband is badly disabled, and that was used against us by Samson Realty and David, the owner. I have filed all the necessary paperwork, court documents, and discovered that many people suffered discrimination at the hands of David, owner of Samson Realty, because they had children ( a big discrimination issue )and being disabled/elderly. Some people sent the biased paperwork in because they were of color. State and Federal Law require a non-discriminatory attitude on these matters, and in MA they become very serious. Samson Realty and owner David, are pompous, disrespectful and not willing to work with certain groups of potential customers to rent or lease. People, take notice......this Samson group is less than decent, ill mannered, and uneducated, clearly evidenced in their personal biases. Stay Away or Sue! Companies like these need retribution to learn their lessons. read more

Slumlord Realty. They will lie, rip you off, and leave you living in squalor. They spam their dive apartments across all of the online apartment services, and aim to pray on out of towners and college students. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Upon moving into my current apartment there were literally holes in the wall, faulty electricity, and a myriad of other damages. Upon returning to their office they told me it's my problem, and to deal with it. I have never dealt with more incompetent, and rude individuals. read more

This real estate agency is one of the worst I have ever worked with. First, the woman was extremely rude to me over the phone and then was very enthused during the showing and could not answer any of the questions I had. Afterwards I sent her an email thanking her and there was no response, then I sent another email asking if the apartment was still available because I wanted to see a lease and no response again, and then a week later I sent another email and no response again. Overall, the agency was rude, inattentive, and unresponsive and I would bet landlords are losing out using them. read more

All the negative reviews here are no fluke. The worst experience I've ever had with any professional organization. They lied about having certain repairs made to speed up the process and make their security deposit. Don't trust, sign or pay for anything from them -- and it's in your best interest to never walk in the door. read more

absolutely terrible. After i asked an agent for help, she referred me to the website. Then she told me that if my dog was not a pure bred then it had pit in it and she could not get me an apartment (even though rhode island does not have bans on dog breeds.) when i called back to speak with someone else, they lied and said the listing was off the market. stay away from this business. read more
