The service was not good at all. The entire time we were in the store, we were the only customers, and there was one employee. The employee didn't say anything to us the entire time we were in the store. I understand getting ignored when the store is busy, but there is no excuse for why we weren't greeted or asked if we needed assistance. Overall, cute store! I might go back another day when I'm not looking for something specific. However, I was very disappointed in the customer service.

The leather has a very plastic feel to it all around. It's making me wonderful if it was a bag with quality control issues. I can't even return it. It's hit or miss now and overpriced. I want the Artisans to be paid fairly but I just don't like the bag styles now and the overall direction of the company.

We went to this store in American Fork specifically she said the ones closer to her didn't carry anything in her size. I wasn't planning to buy myself anything, but everything was so cute, and the prices were so good that I couldn't help myself! Shelle was beyond generous with her time, and was remarkably helpful and patient. We both ended up buying a bunch of stuff and we are already looking forward to coming back next year. This is going to be a pilgrimage destination from now on. Shelle was the most attentive and kind salesperson I have ever met. She even helped us find where we were going to have lunch (great recommendation, by the way, thank you!). We will absolutely be back. And, slightly off topic, I look so cute in my new clothes. Lots of compliments. Shelle quickly figured out my style and preferences and helped me find some really great stuff. Then the short t-shirts caught my attention, only $4 and perfect for wearing under thin strap dresses for modesty. The models in the window had the cutest skirts on and before I know it I am looking at every skirt and dress in the store. This store is owned by a kind lady who has owned the store for twenty years. The owner helped me get different sizes and seemed okay with me going into the dressing room at least eight times over a two hour period. I ending up buying so many new skirts and dresses, I'm thrilled as I needed a new Sunday wardrobe. I can't wait to come back when new inventory comes in. Dresses and skirts are about $20-$40, tops $8 and up. They also have some temple dresses and plus size options. The fabric is beautiful, I don't think anything is cheaply made and everything is fairly priced. I brought my sister back here and we both got so many dresses!

Things seem to sell out quick and there were not a lot of sizes. We would have bought more but they didn't have her size, it has already sold out. 2. Price tags were not marked correctly. 3. Check out. She double rang, left several sensors and almost forgot to give my card back. I bring up the sensors cause I live out of state, and that would have really sucked! 4. Back to the sizes, We ended up having to 6 different stores to get sizes we needed. 5. Returns - one of the items ripped in one day. I brought back 4 day later with receipt. That store didn't have the size, and sent me to another store. The other store gave me beef about the return because I didn't have the tag, but I had the receipt. Also I needed to exchange one dress. And guess what, I had to go to another store to get that size. AND the dress had gone on sale, but they told me I couldn't have a price adjustment, and it had been less than a week. But the clothes are super cute.

I'm happy to say that I got almost all the clothes that I needed and at a great price (they were having a sale on all their shirts). I also want to comment on the amazing customer service! I really couldn't have had a more amazing experience at this store if it weren't for the employees there helping me! They were friendly to greet us when we came in, they helped pick out clothes that I might have liked, and they were overall very friendly and were willing put in their input on the outfits that I chose. It was seriously like I was shopping with friends and I couldn't have asked for more. I absolutely appreciate the time and the hard work, it had totally made my day! With several locations in California and Hawaii, and international locations as exotic as Bali (2), Japan (7), Australia (3), Argentina (6), France (14), it's a wonder to find a second location to go with Park City here in little ol' Utah. Especially since Utahns only do a lot of their three areas of focus (snowboarding), a little of another (skateboarding), and, because of Utah's land-locked geographical location, none of the third (surfing). Still, here we are! Although it is like many retailers focused on the surfing, skater, and snowboard communities (like Zumiez, Vans, etc.), Volcom's focus seems more on the clothes than the accessories. So, if you, your spouse, and your kids all vibe with Volcom's style, you'll all be able to find things to wear, especially in the summer: A lot of swimsuits and board shorts, tees, caps, sandals, rash guards, hoodies, jeans, and flannel. My only beef is with the sizes ... not much for the big, not much for the tall. While not a lot many jaw-dropping outlet mall prices, their current "Essentials Kit" of 2 tees, 1 pant, 1 hoodie, and 1 hat is an excellent and well-priced way to get indoctrinated into the Volcom way.

My goal today was to visit their website to look for a specific dress. Then, I read this review and want you to know there is another side. My first visit to Fashion Corner was uneventful and I was not impressed. I bought nothing. Then, a friend of mine had on some leggings that were soooo cute in black and white . i asked where she got them and she said FASHION CORNER...So, I ventured forth and gave them a 2nd chance. This time, I inspected the store and found many different kinds of things. Some were too youthful and of a fashion sense that did not impress someone of my mature age. But, I was willing to really dig in and "LOOK".. to my surprise...and with my experience, I found several items that did fit in with my wardrobe. And, to my surprise, I discovered a MAXI dress that was just too perfect. I wore it tonight and I an extremely impressed. It fits perfectly. I want another. When you shop at a discount store, you must know that some items will be cheaper in quality than other, but then again....there will always be something that is made well and surprises you. It's your fault if you buy cheap jewelry. Know what's quality and what isn't... I personally wouldn't buy shoes there or jewelry there. But, within those walls are a few very nice items.
