Before i brought my Authentic Louis Vuitton Bags to this place i specifically called and told them exactly what i needed done and asked if they could do it in a mannor that was unnoticeable. Well i got my bags back and it is THE WORST STITCHING I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! They also used a ton of glue that is everywhere! I woukd never recommend this place! I took a two pairs of Stuart Weitzman loafers and heels, Patent leather and the first red flag was that he said they were plastic. I needed them stretched as all SW tend to run narrow- he gave me a lecture about not being able to stretch plastic and I wanted to wear designer shoes to look for any other brand, I explained to him that I had an exact pair that was stretched before and that he shouldn't have a problem. I don't know why I even left them, I thought he would do me a favor and just try, since he was supposed to be one of the best in the area... I got the shoes back and they were barely stretched, I took them home, ordered a shoe stretcher on Amazon and did it myself. He was rude and very opinionated, as I said it's my fault for not walking out in the first place. I would not recommend anyone going through that. read more

Wow, I guess I know where I'll be going for any future leather repairs. I had ordered a gun holster custom made from an online outfit, when it arrived the snap wouldn't close/reach. I stopped in and the staff was great. For a mere $10 they switched the rivet and snap piece. It was ready in less than 24hrs. When I went in to pick it up they had it ready for me at the counter. The gentleman who answered the telephone was super friendly and helpful in answering my questions about business hours and letting me know the exact location of the store (in the area opposite Sam's club, not too far from Fashion Place mall). He was just as friendly in person. Bag fixed for a very reasonable $8.50. Does shoes etc too. Had a huge selection of leather jackets and leather wear in the store - aimed at bikers, but everyone welcome. They had some great items and priced well too. I would recommend this place.
