The staff are wonderful and even though technically they aren't supposed to let my boyfriend into the change room with me they politely and discreetly look the other way so he could check out the goods on my body before agreeing to the purchases because everything they sell is completely flattering and the staff are very helpful with fittings.

It's quite girlie so may not interest some but it's definitely fun to check it out. From yoga pants, hoodies, sweats, bras, panties, backpacks, socks to lotions and scents there is something in here for every woman. After dropping hints in the past I admittedly have a few items from the store and the first time I brought my daughter here she was in love. Thankfully she is not quite old enough yet to fit into any of the items in this store since some items can be a little pricey. Nonetheless we both like to wander through once in a while ogling all the cool stuff. Their online selection is bigger then what is in store but either way it's fun to wander in and look around.

What was awesome about them was that there was sports team ones, Calgary Flames and other hockey teams, football, baseball, they were very cool. They also carry the little soles footwear that is more stylish. There was a few options for soothing sounds animals, like a sheep, dolphin, bear, they went for around $50. They had some cute little girls things, like Haute Tots knitted toques. The staff here was friendly enough. This is a cute place to check out for unique kids things!

Service is non existent which can make it a hassle when the change room door automatically closes and locks behind you every time you run to find another size of jeans. Time to play hide and seek with that one persona whose got the keys... Making up for this, however, is the awesome sales that seem to be going on. I picked up a great looking pair of jeans for $30 and a flannel shirt for $13. Ridiculous. It's January and I guess now is the time to blow out the winter wear. Feels to me like we've still got plenty of winter ahead of us, but whatever - the prices sure worked for me. I'm not sure the clothing manufacturing practices involved in getting clothing this cheap would work for me, but at this moment I don't know anything about them... To the point as to why I am writing this review. The clothing, sizing and lack of quality isn't the biggest deal as to what I experienced today. I placed an online order for a few pieces and none fit very well. (Large is too big and medium is too small). My order was about $200. I went into the store for a return and explained to the Associate at the till the clothes I ordered were too big. She obviously was NOT listening to me and then asked me "well, have you gained some weight?" WTF!!!!!! 1. You never ask ANYONE if they have gained weight (let alone a stranger!) 2. I told her the clothes were TOO BIG for me and she obviously wasn't listening! 3. Again, you don't ask a lady (let alone a gal almost 50 years old, if she has gained weight!!!!!) I will not be back, I will not be ordering anything, ever again online. You have lost my business. Train your employees to not be stupid. That may be an uphill battle.

I browsed the women's wear, which didn't seem very organized. The prices of things were all over the place. One t-shirt would be $40 the next $20, for no apparent reason. They carry mostly DC, Billabong, Nikita, Etnies. There were some cute coats, nothing wowed me though. There was however these super cute little girl Roxy sweaters, for $60. This place even had Nixon and Skull Candy headphones. No one asked if I needed help at all. This place is very random. I think it would be good for anyone who likes watches, that was the one thing I was impressed by.
