After hiring him there was maybe one or two phone calls where I actually spoke with him. I had no idea if I should show up to court the day before and had to get ahold of his assistant to find out. Then, after the trial, it took like 3 days to get them to give me the results. Aside from that, great work, easy to deal with, his assistant was great as well.
