Dr. Manlongnat has been my primary physician for 10 years now and i have zero complaints about any of my visits to his offices in kingwood. I was introduced to Dr. Manlongnats services through my mother who we lost to her battle with breast cancer in Oct 2009. It was under Dr. Manlongnats care that my mother went into his offices with what she thought was a chest cold and a cough. Because Dr. Manlongnat found and caught it early from her visit they were able to determine that it was breast cancer in its earliest stages. While she overcame and beat cancer 4 times it came back and took her a 5th time. Because of Dr. Manlongnats attention to detail and paying attention he did not misgiagnose my mother with bronchitis or a cough, instead, they found breast cancer early and i will never know how many more years we had with her because he found it early and did not misdiagnose her. And while outreach and service in a battlefield may not mean alot in the medical profession, it should be duely noted that Dr. Manlongnat is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the US ARMY Reserves as a combat medic and has been an outstanding member of the local community through various outreaches and charities as well as serving a very well reputed family practice that i have been loyal to for a decade now and look forward to having children and a family so that Dr. Manlongnat can continue to be our family doctor and physician.

I said "then why didn't you call me back yesterday? Why did I have to drive up here?" She then threatened to hang up on me. She never gives up on me, researching new meds and combinations of meds. She always responds quickly to my messages, or the NP does if it's an emergency. She is a very caring and upbeat, positive care giver. I have not personally had issues with the office staff as others have stated on here. I do know that some staff were let go after a negative experience with clients. Anyone who has had a negative experience should speak with Dr. Evans personally. She will address it as her clients come first. Having said all this, if you are seeking help for mental health, you must do your part and be proactive. You must do your part in your treatment plan. If you are reading this, do not ignore the negative reviews, but take with a grain of salt. (As with any review from a stranger). The whole story is not known on why the clients did not receive what was requested. I don't think that TBH can respond on this platform AND abide by HIPPA laws. So a lack of response from TBH is not an indication of guilt by silence. Just remember that.
