He took his time, ask questions and actually listened. I did not feel rushed but I understood why I had to wait, he take time to really discuss your medical history and what your concerns are. His communication was clear and very informative, it's refreshing to come across a physician that really loves their specialty and not just there to get paid. I feel confident that he is the best neurologist for me and I feel at ease with the process to come, you will find that he is so passionate about what he is explaining that he will become short of breath but I enjoyed seeing that. My mother went in specifically for migraine treatment, and from the start made it clear that Botox and Nurtec were the only treatments that had worked for her. Instead of moving forward with a treatment plan that aligned with her history, she was prescribed 5+ medications at once. Despite her documented medical history and failed treatments, we are now over 4 months later and still no approval or progress for Botox. Meanwhile, she was able to go to another provider, Dr. Pedro Oliveros in Maitland, and get approval within just 2 weeks. That alone says a lot about the difference in care and efficiency. Communication with this office is also extremely frustrating. Phone messages go unanswered, the mailbox is full, and extensions don't work. When I spoke with the manager, the only response was "we are trying to make it better," while my mother continues to suffer from severe migraines. Appointments feel repetitive, with no real progress--just more prescriptions and return visits for the same unresolved issue. If you are seeking timely, attentive care--especially for something as serious as migraines--I strongly recommend going elsewhere. When moved to an inpatient room physicians assigned not communicating with each other enough to provide patient with a clear plan. Days drag by with no plan while insurance gets billed to the hilt. I wouldn't use this hospital again if I was bleeding out, I'd drive to any other facility than this one.

I was referred by my primary doctor to admit to the hospital via the emergency. First issue was there was simply no parking. I sat around until someone left. Everyone was friendly however be ready to wait. I arrived at 2.30pm, the triage nurse did the intake at 3.05pm. I was finally let in an exam room at 4.20pm so almost 2h wait! Then they did blood work and installed an IV at 4.50pm. I ended up seeing the doctor at 5.15pm which is almost 3h after my arrival at the hospital. All staff was great and the doctor was really good, I was very happy with her! Once I saw the doctor thing went fast, I had a CT scan done and the IV running. The care of the nurses was great. Besides the long wait the experience was good.

You can read their notes, their plans for the patients and you get to message them of any concerns you may have. The type of care, love them! The facility is clean. When I began to fill out the forms, the second form literally said that they may be a wait time or visit time up to three hours so to be patient, which I Actually appreciate it.
