Most troubling, I was told staff were aware of the projected timeline earlier but were not permitted to disclose it. That information is critical for patients making serious medical and financial decisions. I am not commenting on Dr. Patel's surgical skill. My concern is transparency, communication, and patient advocacy. If you are considering this practice, ask direct questions about actual surgical scheduling timelines before completing prerequisites. Patients deserve full disclosure -- especially when dealing with cancer.

He also prescribed me a prescription which would help me in the short term before my follow up visit. He told me what my options would be (medicine, surgical, etc) but made me relaxed with knowing we were going to do these tests first rather than jump into expensive surgical corrections. Yesterday I had the follow up appointment and Dr Lotenfoe carefully and professionally explained to me the results of my tests, and told me I only had a bladder issue which could be resolved simply with a 30 day prescription. I am happy to say in just two days my problem was cured. For two years I suffered urinating but in just two visits to Dr Lotenfoe I am now cured. Amazing. Using a friendly, experienced Doctor was the answer to my problem and I would highly recommend Dr Lotenfoe for any urology issue. He is friendly, direct, and extremely knowledgable. His staff are also very friendly and professional. Perfect!

We took care of that and arrived for our appointment only to find out the x-ray would not provide the needed information, and he needed a CatScan. An urgent CatScan was scheduled and 4 days later we still hadn't heard anything from Dr. Zambinski. My husband was in so much pain that we ended up in the ER where he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer that was throughout his body. My husband passed away 11 days later and to this this I have not heard a thing from Dr. Zambinski.
