The associate attorneys handle the bulk of the work, so once that happened she just rolled over and took the path of least resistance to let the other party take over. The correct course of action would be to either catch up on the case, then represent me as an advocate, refund the money as the case was not finished, or appoint another associate attorney to handle the case after they get caught up on the details. She did none of the above. Angie is the owner of the firm, so even if she just relies on her associates, she should make sure things are appropriately delegated. She is very interested in deep pockets, and keeping up her appearance, but not interested in putting forth the effort to advocate for her clients. Very disappointed in this poor performance and level of caring for her clients. Pros: Will give a sense of professionalism when she first meets you. Very good at wooing you at first. Very good at deflecting questions or concerns from clients. Cons: Will get very defensive if you catch her in a mistake. Her facade will fade quickly once she is responsible for responding to the case, keeping up with details, very difficult to reach, uninterested in clients concerns. Has very little oversight into what is happening in the form, despite being the owner

Divorce is so stressful and some of my friends complained about their divorce lawyers but I never had one negative experience with her. Next to getting divorced she was my next best decision. She has this "didn't see her coming until it's too late" approach which I loved to see in action. Can't recommend enough.

Unfortunately this was NOT a good experience! She didn't listen, and seemed unprepared. I felt that her priority was to milk as much money as possible and didn't care if the consequences outweighed the benefits. If you choose this practice, I would not recommend Kathleen. Hire Jenny Gadow or another attorney in the practice. Unfortunately my latest experience has colored my perception of the entire practice.

We felt mislead in the beginning that we had more of a case than we actually did because Adam gave us different conflicting information throughout the experience and ended up spending 13,000 to not get anything back in a settlement and to lose all our money and just return the horse. It was very obvious they run up hours as much as possible and we were literally in shock they claimed it took 8 hours and several thousand dollars to draft a simple agreement. I would suggest not hiring this law firm unless you want to spend an exorbitant amount of money, without a great outcome.

Kristen's extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system, specific judges, evidence rules, litigation, and precedent was immediately evident, but as she began working on the case, she demonstrated equally impressive "soft skills". Her strong intuition and understanding of the personality types of the involved parties cannot be overstated. She navigated the legal system's many obstacles with agility, expertise, and class. The absolute best thing about Kristen was her deep knowledge of the case. She was as familiar with the facts, events, timelines, witness interviews, testimonies, and motives as my sister and brother-in-law were. When the prosecutor attempted to paint an event inaccurately, mislead jurors to draw a false conclusion, or report dates incorrectly, Kristen was prepared. For starters, while Kristen was questioning witnesses, she would handwrite a timeline in front of jurors so they could visualize the order of events. She would ask thoughtful, well-constructed questions to demonstrate the holes and inconsistencies in witness testimony and uncover outright dishonesty. In addition, she was able to expose the motive for the charges, despite the underhanded concealment motions the prosecutor filed the day before trial began. Kristen was also able to prove how poor the detective's investigation was. While the prosecutor had to rely on dirty tactics, hiding facts, and a perky personality to appeal to the judge and jury, Kristen relied on professionalism, experience, and her ability to find creative solutions, present the truth, and shine light on important background/history that seemed unrelated to the case, but was in fact tightly connected to it. At no point did Kristen get riled up by the prosecution's strategies; she remained calm and confidently overcame them. Let's talk about litigation costs. I'd go as far as to say Kristen's rates are extremely low considering her excellence. She's proactive and responsive, and has a wildly capable paralegal (Isabel). She gives honest advice even when it's not what her client wants to hear, and will represent her client based on their wishes. She has a passion for her job that isn't found in most lawyers, and there isn't an egotistical bone in her body. It is obvious that Kristen does not do this for the pay; she does it because she loves it. I cannot speak to Kristen's performance if her client is guilty, but I can say with 100% confidence that she was exceptional at revealing the truth and my brother-in-law's innocence. She is an excellent litigator, and the trial ended in the rightful, yet remarkably rare acquittal (seriously, look into how rare that is) on all six charges. If you need an accomplished, competent, ethical defense attorney, Kristen is your girl. A side note: One of Kristen's law firm partners showed up at the jury's decision/verdict reading and talked her up, and it was so cool to see the support among the firm's partners.

There was nothing special about what we asked to be divided up, a pension and a couple of retirement accounts. They overcharged and kept charging. I filled out paperwork for Arbitration through the State Bar of Arizona and Curry, Pearson, & Wooten refused to even respond. If they did not think they did anything wrong wouldn't they at least go to the State Bar of Arizona and present their case? I suggest that you do not use this company, save yourself the hassle that I went through, the large amount of money spent, and no resolution. Next step is the State Bar Intake Department.

My boyfriend (the driver) was ejected from vehicle and in a coma for 6 weeks. He has a traumatic brain injury now too that he struggles with still and will for the rest of his life. Not only did Mr. Shannon Clark with the law firm Gallagher and Kennedy take 9 months to even view our vehicle he refused to go to the accident site which should of been analyzed immediately. Instead he had analyst do it from google map not to mention neither have ever been even on road. I fired him when he refused to go. Then he put a lien on me and actually got $18,000 dollars because claimed to driver's insurance i had a UIM claim with my own insurance. Which I was denied. Even after i told him that he received 3xs amount of money i received and my $100,000 hospital lien and medical bills all to collections. When he signed on as my attorney he was only supposed to get a percentage and only if my caee was won. He had a bogus list written down to the cost of things. Which i had to investigate site myself with no training. I had sent him all my medical bills and photos of site vehicle etc which i had to do it repeatedly because he didnt. He'd even ask for me to get all the stuff that he should be obtaining. We had 3 children at home that were the most confused and hurting. We had our jobs to try to maintain still. And he made me do the work and what attorney doesn't investigate the accident site.
