Seriously the most amazing messenger service I have every worked with. I have gone through 2 other messenger companies and I found their couriers to be unprofessional and lax with their jobs - not the case with these guys. Professional from the time I placed the pick up to the time I got the delivery confirmation. They even went out of their way to deliver the package when the original location's address was wrong (my mistake!) Really affordable too - for a large package that weighed about 6 lbs it was $16 from the UWS to Times Square. AMAZING. Great SERVICE! Prices are reasonable $9.50 for standard midtown and an extra few $ for below 23rd Street. Delivery people are great!! The most professional and nice people. They use digital records which streamlines the process and they are always on time. Delivery person FOX is our favorite. They are all nice as can be. Hmm, yelp to the rescue again! I popped on Yelp to find a messenger service with a good reputation and within 10 minutes I've got my new messenger service - Samurai - taking care of my delivery so I can get back to work. I got an email lickety split (which is how we like our messengers, right?) from Josh and who was very friendly and I'm good to go! While he was emailing me, I entered my pickup request online. All very lickety-split! So if you need a messenger and you need one now, I recommend them! Oh and the price was right - cheaper than my previous place for sure. Owner literally said "go fuck yourself" when I called back after his dispatch hung up on me! They were entirely uninterested in solving problems or in working with me in general, going so far as to suggest that I'd need to delay my delivery until the next morning due to their personnel issues. Wow. The name fits. I asked for a non rushed pick up from midtown east to be delivered to battery park. I had my package in around an hour. the cost? $14 (small parcel) if I cabbed it there and back it would be $20 minimum, each way. I gave an address that' s really awkward to find but there were no issues. They have online bookings or phone bookings and accept credit cards. Customer service is fantastic. I spoke to and emailed them and they are friendly and obliging. This is a service you need to know about for times when you are unwell or too busy to manage going all the way to simply pick something up. read more

Do NOT use this messenger service!!!! My company had them do a pick up at a magazine and deliver at our office and not only did they not delivery item to our office, but the messenger lied and said that he tried to contact us and couldn't get ahold of us for delivery and then sent item back to the magazine and charged me for the return trip!!!!! We checked out office caller id and there was no call. Further they sent me an email confirming delivery so I thought everything was fine. Uhmmm hello, wouldn't you sent an email saying you were unable to deliver not confirming delivery. When I called customer service, they have to "talk to the owner" about giving me a refund. I use Samurai on an almost daily basis for my office to get important materials out to our clients. Samurai is constantly diligent, always getting our things out within the time frame we give them (30 minutes or two hours, etc.). They will also send emails with delivery confirmation & signatures which has been very helpful for me. All the messengers are friendly, nice and they consistently provide terrific service! read more

These guys will probably never answer my phone call again after the job I had them do this morning, but the fact that they did it with so much professionalism and thoroughness goes to show how great they are. I hope they do take my call again! I had them pick up a bag of food from a grocery store (the store needed to call me again for my credit card info, and I was running so didn't pick up the first couple times) and then they delivered it to my girlfriend staying uptown in a hotel... and the hotel couldn't find her name....
