I recently had a calamity of problems with my Jayco Destination trailer. The roof was damaged by a…read moretree limb, the black tank formed a crack and fell, the toilet had a leak, 2 vent fans quit working, the gray tank would not close and the fireplace quit working. I called the RV tech I usually use, and he came out. After $185 said there was nothing wrong. But I knew there was. I had a horrible smell inside my RV. I asked around the RV park where I live and RV Service of Texas was highly recommended. I gave them a call. They came out and were on time and proceeded to do an inspection. The roof had a hole in it, the toilet had a leak, the black tank had a crack and had fallen, leaking sewage into the underbelly. They gave me an estimate for repairs and coordinated all the work with my insurance company, extended warranty and with the toilet company. I did not have to do anything. They ordered the parts and stayed in touch with me the entire time. They scheduled the work and came out and got it done. Replaced the roof with a better product and replaced and reinforced the black tank and replaced the underlayment. Fixed all the other problems. When they said they were going to be here, they were. And I must tell you those two men, Brian and Jacob worked. The only break I ever saw them take was lunch. They were both very professional and explained everything. They were also fun to work with which made a very stressful situation better. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Kare and the other young lady in the office were always efficient and polite also. Always coordinated everything and always returned my calls. I would highly recommend this company and the people that run it to both my family and my friends without hesitation.

Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. He was awesome!

Shipped by UPS, it was destroyed by UPS as it was shipped in a single cardboard box, delivery driver seen it was badly damaged and I rejected delivery, on its way back to Texas from Oklahoma Confined they received it Friday and sales acknowledged it was there but nobody was available to receive it in so it would be Monday, once it was received a refund will be issued. They called and emailed saying a refund was issued but it would be 3-5 days before I will receive my funds of $885???? I'm retired and live full time in my RV I had to go to my local RV dealer and purchase a hot water tank had gone a week without hot water, cost an extra $140 buying local I'm now short on funds until the refund get deposited back. Old and retired sucks, support your local RV dealer as they care better then any internet person will. I will pay whatever extra for now on, hard lesson for this old man
