Ordered a surge protector from Amazon, couldn't get WiFi so sent it back. Still no refund. This was very expensive.

never again will I buy anything from them. Buyer beware Tried to save money so I ordered I new hot water tank on a Monday morning, took my money soon as order was made. Shipped by UPS, it was destroyed by UPS as it was shipped in a single cardboard box, delivery driver seen it was badly damaged and I rejected delivery, on its way back to Texas from Oklahoma Confined they received it Friday and sales acknowledged it was there but nobody was available to receive it in so it would be Monday, once it was received a refund will be issued. They called and emailed saying a refund was issued but it would be 3-5 days before I will receive my funds of $885???? I'm retired and live full time in my RV I had to go to my local RV dealer and purchase a hot water tank had gone a week without hot water, cost an extra $140 buying local I'm now short on funds until the refund get deposited back. Old and retired sucks, support your local RV dealer as they care better then any internet person will. I will pay whatever extra for now on, hard lesson for this old man read more

Called to check availability on an Morryde item before placed the order online, Was told wasn't available in the warehouse but Morryde drop ships directly to the customer when that happens as long as they have it in stock. He suggested for me to call Morryde directly, which i did and they verified that they do have it in stock and they would drop ship it directly once Tweety's placed the oder. Great right? Not a chance, I placed the order online, and got an email from Rolly telling me out of stock at warehouse , 30-45 days. After a couple of back and forth emails, I called Rolly directly to explain what I was told both by sales at Tweety's AND Morryde directly. It was a total waste of oxygen speaking to a person that has ZERO business in customer service . The order was cancelled and I will never place an order with this company ever again because of the exchange with Rolly. Beware, and look elsewhere to spend your money read more

Unhappy camper !! I called Wes about a return/exchange. His reply in regards to the return process was ridiculous. Sent me a email pretty much INSISTING I use UPS/FED EX. Stated they do not recommend USPS. I priced the USPS return shipping would have been $18.70. UPS $34.32. I returned shipping the UPS price. Then finially received my refund minus another $ 9.00 for shipping cost. I doubt USPS would have any problem finding his store (mom & pop shop). I'm sure he receives his mail. I was going to repurchase the other item I wanted BUT due to his unethical business practices I will never buy through them. read more

I made an order and for the most part everything was good, arrived in a timely manner.. However the heater register that I ordered was HUGE 5 1/4"X13 1/2"..! I ordered a heater register for our travel trailer. The measurements on the vent is 4"X12". That is the way I have always bought them at other RV stores.. According to the salesperson I spoke with those are CUT OUT measurements.. ok? So I said that every time I had purchased the vents from other RV stores the measurements are 4"X12".. He told me that he didn't know how others sold their vents.. So now I am stuck with a vent that I can't use that I paid about $8 for.. He never offered any solution to the problem.. The customer service was great also. The even called to confirm my shipping address since it was different than my billing address...appreciated that! I just noticed that my refund was only $200 instead of $300.Weston returns told me that's just how it is because I opened the cardboard box well it was shipped in a cardboard box.I didn't like that at all therefore I'm giving him only one star and at the end of me expressing how I felt about that he told me to go f myself. ordered the wrong product through Amazon. When trying to return the product I was told I needed to wait for an approval from the Vender. Tweetys made the return policy extremely difficult to find and understand. They will not pay for return shipping. A $25 dollar RV roof protectant cost me $15 to ship back to them. Be very careful when ordering a product. They make it very difficult. read more
