My son saw this practice months ago and we have been battling to get his order sent to a provider…read moreto get his needed CPAP supplies. Multiple calls, no response. Today I got a boy message saying the practice has closed and basically that they are gone and can't help with anything. They supposedly have a person on the "transition team" checking voicemail. We'll see. I left a message that if I don't hear back from them in a week I am filing a fraud claim.

I met my deductible so I was told by the office helper, after speaking to the physician assistant, that all I pay is $25 and the machine is mine. Then, 2 weeks later, I was called by the cpap dept, not for an appointment for a fitting, but instead I was given brand new information about having to pay 4 installments of 10%. But, since the 4th installment rolled into the new year, I would have to meet my deductible of $1000! I called the office manager about the conflicting information. He said he knew nothing about owning a machine for $25. The insurance company wants billing to occur in 4 installments. If I would have come in September then I wouldn't have run into this issue. It would have costed $162. What's unusual is that I did call in September and was initially given an appointment for December! After a couple of successful calls I changed my appointment from 10/28, then to 10/2. Furthermore, after speaking to the office manager, I then called my insurance company and they proceded to tell me that they do NOT require a '4 installments plan'. They just work with how they are presented the bill. They said they can conference with Sleepone and discuss this so I can buy the machine outright. But today the office manager told me they don't sell the machines, they only rent. When I tried to tell the office manager that the office girl told me it was mine to own, he said he didn't want to argue with me and that they don't sell, they only rent. And '4 installments' is the only way they handle their cpap transactions. He offered to give me my prescription if I could find somewhere else that would accept it. I thanked him and just hung up out of frustration. I was so excited to be diagnosed and to soon be able to start using the machine and get some restful sleep and hopefully become more energized. I'm truly disappointed with this bait and switch routine.

WARNING: Avoid this place at all costs!…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Texas Sleep Centers has been nothing short of a nightmare. In early August 2025, I was assured they could help me get my CPAP supplies. I traveled to their office, completed the paperwork with Ashley, and had my doctor fax over the prescription. From there, it was nothing but weeks of runaround, empty promises, and flat-out incompetence. Every time I called, Ashley told me the same thing: "Your order will go out at the end of the week." That call never came. Not once. By mid-September, I was still without equipment. When I finally spoke to someone new and asked for a supervisor, I got "Courtney." From the second she got on the phone, she was rude, condescending, and dismissive. She didn't greet me, didn't listen to my concerns, and cut me off mid-sentence to demand who I had talked to before. When I explained it was Ashley, she snapped, "Oh, she doesn't work here anymore--that's where the breakdown happened!" as if that excused weeks of delays and lies. Even worse, Courtney admitted there was no order at all in their system. The only thing they had was my doctor's prescription, which she then claimed was incorrect. I asked how no one thought to call me, or note any of my MANY follow-up calls, and she just said "No!"--no explanation, no accountability. When I pressed for details, she raised her voice at me, talked over me, and then told me she was canceling my (nonexistent) order before hanging up on me. This office is unprofessional, unorganized, and frankly, careless with people's health. CPAP supplies are not a luxury--they are a medical necessity. To be treated this way, with such disregard, is unacceptable. I will never recommend Texas Sleep Centers to anyone.

Sat down in a dark lobby for a minute and some of finally appeared and guided me to a room. Shame on me for staying! The Tech was unkempt in her attire and had no personality. Felt insecure the entire night and didn't sleep well. Once my claim was submitted, I learned this business was not in-network with my Insurance- BCBS! Horrible service! Nightmares for the first time ever!
