Instead of weighing in the long line at the mall, I chose to bring my computer to Crywolf and I am glad that I did. If something happens to your Apple computer. The typical process as you have to find a reservation time and wait sometimes over a week for the Repair to start and if you're like me a week without a computer is way too long. With Crywolf, you can actually just call them and they can get you right in. They take walk-ins. The guys are very friendly knowledgeable, and communicate communicated very well. Of getting my screen replaced if you bring to an Apple Store they will just take your computer and mail it somewhere, but Crywolf does the repairs in house they will most likely have to order your parts but for me they let me keep my computer while the part was being shipped and when the part arrived, they let me know and was able to get my computer back after only three hours at the shop, which is great because my entire business runs on the computer and downtime is not an option.
