Enter Denovans. This family-run real estate agent might be the one agency I've met that actually has soul. Not only did they take on the property management of the house until the tenant's lease finished, they were incredibly helpful advising throughout the whole process. Continually they went above and beyond what their call of duty was. Even now, they're happy to offer their suggestion for great local plumbers and electricians to us. And it's these little acts of kindness that have the boy and the girl saying, "If we ever rent/sell the house I know who we will be engaging to sell/manage it."

Maybe it is because there happens to be some rather inexpensive hotels here. Well, this one actually wasn't all that bad. Sure, the room was quite small, but then again I have somewhat come to accept that, particularly since I generally don't like to over pay for hotel rooms. The service was pretty good, and the wifi was actually quite good. Oh, and the place wasn't all that far away from the inner city, as well as Roma Street Station, which makes it somewhat easy to get to the airport. Also, despite the heat, the rooms were also quite cool as well. This place actually wasn't all that bad, though they don't have any breakfast facilities.
