Because of my personal experience with four people in this company (two of whom were Taylor and Hoving), I can honestly say that I will never hire ANY other Realtor again. I believe that they are all dishonest, and they defend and cover for each other to intimidate and manipulate their clients. Beyond that, I did not expect that if you sign with someone at THRG, you are essentially "hiring" the support of the entire firm. Any disagreement with one of them is a fight with all of them. And I never saw any evidence of any Realtor in THRG supporting the client over the $$$. Again, just my personal experience. Before you hire anyone from this (or any) RE firm, please do yourself a favor and see if they have any ethics complaints against them. If they do, they have to tell you. Always ask. I hope that if you are considering using a Realtor, you research other options. You will have more control and save a lot of money if you use an online service; there are many. Good luck!

Luckily, my friends and co-workers referred me to Jed, which resulted in the smoothest, most transparent experience I could have imagined. Jed is extremely patient and never tried to push or rush me into putting down an offer. He also was exceptionally good at picking up on what I liked (or didn't like) about certain properties and making sure to adjust future showings to reflect this. During escrow, he kept me on track by reminding me to schedule movers, set up my trust, schedule changes to utilities etc. He advocated for me while I was undergoing the process of breaking my current lease. He was super available, prompt, and detail-oriented. In short, I really felt well taken care of as Jed's client.
