I think the downside of the speedy service is that there is less attention to detail. I was upsold a wax on top of my car wash, and it was so fast I was surprised. There are signs throughout the car of a job done too quickly. Dirt and specks, marks inside and outside the car that weren't cleaned. I'm disappointed considering how much I spent. Speed wise, great. Attention to Detail / quality of wash: not good.

The man at the store blamed me and another costumer for mistakenly choosing the wrong pump. He demanded the other costumer to pay me the amount, I said it's okay and he kept repeating "it's your fault you said wrong one, you got confused when you put in your number". Mind you I said the amount and pump number before putting in my number to see if rewards were a thing. He was looking out the window the whole time, which is totally fair, but then don't scream at us when a mistake happens. I kept saying that it was okay but I drew the line after the 5th time of him screaming at me that it was my fault, and demanding the other costumer and I continue to pay after we stated we just wanted to leave. I understand we all make mistakes but this was completely out of line. The other costumer was also super nice and apologized to me but this situation was neither of our faults. The situation did not have to escalate, but unfortunately the costumer service was absolutely awful. I know the gas is cheap so if you go maybe just avoid going inside.

The prices on some of th snack are a bit high, and others are standard for the area. I've been a bit disappointed by the quality of some of the pasteries. There's one person who is working there almost every time I've been there, and thier choices about how to treat customers can be arbitrary and questionable at best. Thier restrooms are decently clean, though they're located at the car wash instead of the store. Be aware to need to get a key at the store and walk across the parking lot to the bathrooms, so it's not a super quick restroom stop. The main appeal is a snack selection, and that they do have restrooms.

It has a prime location, and a constant flow of traffic goes by most of the day. The station consists of a carwash, a food mart, and four gas islands. It's a very spacious lot. Okay, I rarely get gas here. Always too much traffic, and the place is a little dirty. On Jan 16, UL Reg was $4.69, which was about average for this area. So I stopped to get gas on a rainy night. When it was time to leave, I went around the block and saw that gas was higher at the Chevron. This is not the last gas station along Hwy 101.....unless you're on EMPTY.

He saw me, picked up his cell phone to answer a personal phone call, and then turned his back on me. When I asked for help again, he looked at me, waved me away, and turned his back again while continuing to talk loudly on his cell phone. Management should know the people who work here are dismissive of customers. I will never return to this station again. I drive one street over to the Shell station and the ladies there were more than welcoming and helped me right away.
