Today was my first time having a pair of my high heels repaired here. I dropped them off last week and they were ready for me to pick up within a few days. A simple professional re-glueing the bottom soles on both shoes only cost me $7.50. The service was so friendly and good, I handed them a $20 and asked for a $10 back. Tipping is always appreciated, and this family owned business let's each customer know their business matters. My steady go to shoe repair guy in Oak Cliff went out of business. So even though this is another 15 minutes down the road, it's worth the personal service and very affordable rates. read more

I went there in Jan. 2023 for the heels to be glued on my favorite pair of boots (and only pair). When I went back one month later, he could not find my boots. And now, at the end of March, he still cannot find my boots. (even with the ticket) His workmanship might be good, but his grumpy attitude and poor shop organization give me good reason to not go there again. Dropped off gator skin cowboy boots that had got about an inch tear on the right inner side from just normal wear. Took Sanchez boot repair my boots on a Wednesday and they were ready to be picked up on Friday. Amazing quality work for an amazing reasonable price and included a cleaning and conditioning of my boots. At pickup I noticed my boots also got the soles restored as well for no additional fee. The work done to my boots was amazing and can't even tell where they were torn at. Amazing quality work done, highly recommend this place to everyone that needs quality work done to boots. read more

Excellent! I have to have my high heels lowered because I can't wear them really high, so I just purchase shoes I like and take them to Sanchez to have the heels cut down a bit. I have also had mine and my husband's shoes stretched before. They do great work. Very prompt service and pricing is $$. I highly recommend this business. One of the downsides of having a crap knee and then getting a knee replacement is that your beloved stiletto and high-heels collection just end up gathering dust and at best become a shrine to strutting memories of days gone by. BUT NOT ANYMORE! Thanks to this shop, I'm able to get back into some of my heels again. How you ask? Well for about a tenner they will skillfully cut down your heels without compromising the integrity of the shoe or hurting it's style. I was shocked how comfortable the shoes were and how fabulous they still looked on. I will definitely bring my whole collection here so I can get back to my former divahood. Took an UGG boot for repair. Was told to come back in two days. When I arrived, the gentleman asked who had helped me. It was him. He shuffled around and found the UNREPAIRED boot in a box and told me it would be thirty minutes. I asked if I could wait and he told me no. Then he just said here take your boot. I would never recommend this guy to anyone. Totally rude an disrespectful. Don't go to this place. read more

I took a pair of shoes, with one heel on one shoe that needed repair. I had attempted to glue the heel with no success. The lady at the front who waited on me, examined the heel and got a little glue on her finger, this irritated her, and she said "Now I have glue all over me", then she gave me a ticket and said pick them up on Wednesday. Now remember its just one heel on the right shoe that needs repair. As I am in my car and pulling out, she runs out of the store with the left shoe and says, "Look sir this shoe is coming loose as well". There was nothing wrong with the left shoe and only the heel on the right. I asked how much to repair them, she said $25. I then told her that is ok and give me my shoes, as she did the whole sole of the right shoe came completely off. This lady completely destroyed my shoes. Had she been honest and done a good job I would have used them in the future and recommended them to others. I would never use them and suggest that anyone reading this not use them as well.. They lost money and future business, very, very, very, poor business practice. read more

This establishment is very good at the basic black heel or boot repair. And the prices are quite reasonable. Beware if your shoes or leather item is any other color except black. Not equipped with colors and can only clean and shine the shoes/boots. read more
