Not only was the quality not the greatest...they ended up replacing the heel without acknowledging they broke or damaged the previous heels. They replaced it with a thicker heel and the red on the soles of the heel don't even line up correctly and can tell the gap. In addition, the soles are ruined from the hack job of replacing the heel.
