I got a close to my case recently, it took over 2 yrs but got a court decision by this firm.

I wish i had read some of these reviews about Sanchez Law Firm before I hired him. I have hired him to represent me to collect a guy who had defrauded me, this person claimed he would fix my roof, he has a phony roofing company. Weathershield Roofing. He took my $10000 and did not show up, I have paid Sanchez law firm $6500 to try to collect the $10000 for me and has yet to hear the status of the case thus far. Every time I call someone will get back to me and no one does. A case of buyers remorse with this Sanchez Law Firm. Therefore, reading these reviews I am very frustrated and disappointed. IF SATAN HAD A LAWYER IT BE MR.SANCHEZ! Only a very special Tool would have the bright idea practice law in the same legal areas that he himself has a long rap sheet in being a Pro Se defendant in and still lost. The plaintiffs who sued him range from banks, businesses, he even had house foreclosure and theres even also an eviction filed on him. Fact-Checker: public Harris County and state records. So if you were an eviction client he continuously disrespected by throwing eviction jokes via email or texts or publicly during your court hearings, I hope this post brings some closure since he has been evicted and foreclosed on more than all of his clients. And if he screwed your case despite it being easy enough that a donkey could've won for you, don't take it personal. Sanchez doesn't even possess the skills to even help himself. Lastly, if you're considering hiring Sanchez, only you are your best advocate. Don't make the mistake of relying on checking the board to ensure a Lawyer's license is clear or a high Google rating. Great lawyer and great man. He is successful but more importantly he is committed to his clients.

I became Benjamin's client on a pro-bono basis after contacting HVLP when my son of 26 died suddenly and intestate. Throughout this difficult ordeal, however, and despite reaching out to HVLP on numerous occasions, Benjamin has proven to be dishonest and has continuously been, to this day, unresponsive.
