She said things to me on our initial meeting & once I was in mediation 6 months later, she said exactly the opposite. In the settlement I received a rental house & my wife received the house we were living in. Catherine screwed up filing the paperwork with the county to remove my wife's name from the title on the rental house. When I discovered this (as I was trying to sell the house) she took no ownership of the issue, I spent dozens of hours trying to fix it & it is still not resolved. My realtor figured a way around it but she said she's never seen this happen before. That's saying something. Now, as I'm applying for a mortgage for a new house, I just discovered that Catherine never processed the paperwork to remove my name from the mortgage for the house my wife received. So I am now going to lose a house because she didn't do her job. I am beyond livid, amazed at the level of incompetence, and utter disregard for taking care of her clients, and unwillingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them. Her only motivation seems to be to collect $300/hr & move on. Every time I look at the damn $30K in debt I racked up paying for her "services" I kick myself.
