She said things to me on our initial meeting & once I was in mediation 6 months later, she said exactly the opposite. In the settlement I received a rental house & my wife received the house we were living in. Catherine screwed up filing the paperwork with the county to remove my wife's name from the title on the rental house. When I discovered this (as I was trying to sell the house) she took no ownership of the issue, I spent dozens of hours trying to fix it & it is still not resolved. My realtor figured a way around it but she said she's never seen this happen before. That's saying something. Now, as I'm applying for a mortgage for a new house, I just discovered that Catherine never processed the paperwork to remove my name from the mortgage for the house my wife received. So I am now going to lose a house because she didn't do her job. I am beyond livid, amazed at the level of incompetence, and utter disregard for taking care of her clients, and unwillingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them. Her only motivation seems to be to collect $300/hr & move on. Every time I look at the damn $30K in debt I racked up paying for her "services" I kick myself. Despite this, I have faced constant communication avoidance from multiple staff members: ​First Case Manager (Deisy): Answered the first two or three times I called, but then completely stopped answering and let every single call and text go straight to voicemail. ​Management Response (Andrea): When I filed a complaint about Deisy avoiding my calls, management's response was completely unprofessional. Andrea was defensive and condescending, attempting to "educate" me on how long attorneys go to school, rather than addressing the actual issue of a case manager ignoring a client. ​Second Case Manager (Janeth): After being assigned a new case manager, the exact same pattern repeated. Janeth was helpful at first, but by the third month, she also began completely ignoring my calls and texts. ​Whenever I call the front desk to complain, the staff tells me, "We will let them know you want a weekly update." That is not what I am asking for. I do not need a weekly summary. I simply want the respect of a prompt call back or a simple text update once a month.
