I've called a few other companies prior to L.J. Wurst and Sons, and they were all fairly impatient on the phone due to it being a Sunday. When I spoke with L.J. Wurst, they were super nice on the phone, and also came to me within the hour. The drive to a local Pep Boys was about 30 minutes, and the ride was also very pleasant. I truly appreciate L.J. Now my son is told he'll have to be charged for a 2nd tow to get to the place my son had originally requested to go to! Price gouging, trying to help out a buddy or running a price gouging scheme. AND, the front bumper got messed up from the tow. Spoke to the manager and he covered for his driver for all these things, trying to explain how these were all standard practice, and covering for the driver's lie that the bumper was damaged by the flat tire - not even possible.
