But, after staying the first of 4 nights, I decided I would return if We're ever back in this area. The sites are nice with shade trees all around and level gravel pads. There are picnic tables and fire pits at each site. Nice, clean showers and laundry facilities. Nice pool, volleyball net, mini golf, horseshoes, basketball hoop. There's a food hut, store. Probably some more amenities I didn't notice. The owners are friendly and accommodating. There was an electrical outage that the owner immediately made a temporary fix on and then called an electrician who came very quickly. He even called campers to let them know where it stood. He was easy to reach, he responded in a timely fashion, I never felt like any of my questions were silly. -As a first time homebuyer I had all kinds of questions! And Jason always answered and explained in ways that made sense to me. He wasn't full of real estate jargon, but just a really great, down to earth, fun guy that happen to know the ins and outs of real estate. Even after the purchase was completed he has checked in with us, providing us a chance to ask further questions or voice concerns about the new place. After a random crazy storm that caused a bit of a window leak he has now educated me on weep holes in windows (something I clearly never knew about). Kailey from Factory Home Center in Paynesville is nice to you when you first go there to look at…read morebuying a home. When you buy, she has you sign paperwork that all inspections were done before they even start building the house. There was a large overpayment due to the bank we started with. They refused to return it for months until I said I would contact the State of Minnesota. Once the home was delivered there is supposed to be a walk thru by 30 days. It has been about 45 days and we just get excuses why she is not coming out. Most recently Kailey canceled by email at 12 midnight for an 8 a.m. appointment. We were also promised $1500 if we had the house delivered by June 1st which we did. Today is June 14th and we still have not received that. I have never spent that much money and had such terrible customer service in my entire life. Maybe other employees there are better but do not work with her. If there is any other way to buy a Schult home without going through them I would highly recommend it because Schult has been absolutely wonderful to work with.
