The fist one who I refer to Mulligan came out and their salesperson spent exactly 23 minutes with me and recommend their system and left. I then had Schultz Soft Water come out and I had the privilege to meet Jon. Jon took his time to test our water and he noticed the loss in pressure he started to investigate the cause to ensure that it was the old softener and not a bigger issue. He identified that due to the old system failing it caused a blockage in our water pipe. He then took the time to clear the blockage and restore our water pressure even before recommending a system. The water was tested again, and Jon went into detail about the results and how Kinetico could improve the quality of our water. Needless to say we chose Schultz Soft Water and the system was installed with in 2 days and the difference was already noticeable. If you want to deal with a company that provides amazing customer service and really cares about you the customer then this is the company for you!

After numerous visits from Neighborhood Plumbing and Heating it still continued to cause a problem with shutting off and not starting. I talked with a friend who recommended a HVAC professional who came out and told me my flame sensor was causing the issue. It continually builds up carbon and needs to be cleaned every year. If I would have known this to be the case I would never have purchased this type of furnace. Every year someone needs to make a visit to clean my flame sensor. The cost from Neighborhood would be a typical service call of $100 !! This should have been mentioned at the time of the sale and not discovered after having purchased the unit. I would not recommend Neighborhood Plumbing and Heating they are not qualified professionals in their field. I recommend Mechanical Systems Inc.
