So much so the city put a note on my front door to cut it! Not only did they come out the same week I called, they quoted me a great price and started working that same week. They had to break up my property into to two visits because it was so overgrown but they did such an excellent job. It looks like a completely different house! I no longer feel embarrassed to pull in the drive but really thrilled to see my home as I pull up. Their staff is professional responsive to my questions and needs and never once made me feel like a bother. I highly recommend their services to any and everybody. I've never had a landscaper produce such workmanship and take so much pride in their work. They are truly professionals at their craft and worth every single penny I pay them. I could have cried at how my home looks now. They also were very kind and understanding and didn't make me feel ashamed for my yard getting away from me like that. Kind, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking, hire them ASAP because they won't be a hidden gem for long! I wish I had hired them sooner

They are not reliable and even when they did perform the service the quality was poor at best. Almost weekly I had to ask if they were going to show up. After contacting them I would receive repeated confirmation that they were behind but that I would still receive my weekly service. They hardly ever showed. Excuse after excuse was provided (again only after I had to follow up with them). Avoid this business - they are not reliable.

However, there were a few items that I reached out about that needed tending to and they said they'd be back in a few days to address them. But, I made the ultimate mistake in paying the balance in full beforehand so as one could expect, nobody showed. Unfortunately, we had a wedding we were planning and things got busy so it slipped my mind. In any case, we never got the extra 2 feet of barrier by the deck nor did we get the dead plants replaced. In any case, they did good work, but if you use them, be sure you get everything done before paying in full as you'll likely have little to no recourse. Update: I heard from the owner and she indicated that it was not intended and they still have an open work order. We'll be scheduling some time in the spring to get the last items finished. I'll update this again once the work is completed!
