My review would be to not hire this company and if you're truly considering this company, please…read moreread all the way through. -My grandparents hired this company based on the recommendation from a neighbor of theirs, as we were moving them from Yuma, AZ to Tucson, AZ. Three individuals showed up to help pack the house and moving truck, but we only had an issue with one of them for the most part. -The tall guy that is supposedly the owners son made rude and condescending comments from the get go about my grandparents belongings and how they hadn't packed anything. Mind you they are in their 80's & 90's with health issues and we had only arrived the day before to help pack things. -The tall guy at one point became irritated that he couldn't figure out how to stack items in the moving truck, so my husband had to take over to insure that items fit and were not broken. The guy actually said we needed about 50 more moving blankets so each item could be covered ‍ that proved to be untrue. -At one point the tall guy became very upset that a heavy item needed to be removed from the truck that had been put in too early, he then proceeded to start cursing and tossing items out of the way, like my grandfathers air compressor. It was at this point that I asked him if he would like us to do it for him, his response was (and I quote) while yelling "I'd love for you guys to do this but your HUSBAND said I need to do it." I replied "you mean do the work you're being paid to do??" And then all hell broke loose with him cursing up a storm (yes I did reply with my own profanity because at this point I was done with him and his disrespect towards my grandparents and their belongings). His last reply was "I don't want money from any of you motherf*ckers!" And they left. The other two workers I never heard make any comments. -After arriving in Tucson and getting the truck unloaded and starting to unpack the house, my grandparents realized that they were missing cash out of a silver cash box that my grandmother used for yard sales. The 1's and 5's were left and the larger bills that had been underneath were gone. In total almost $200 was missing, this box had been in their main closet and clearly we did not get to it in time. Which explains why the tall guy screamed that he didn't want any money from us. - My main takeaway from this is 1) Don't hire this company unless it's a small easy job where physical labor is not required. 2) Don't hire this company if you want your elderly family members to be respected. 3) If you would like to keep either your money or belongings, don't hire this company. I am so disgusted with how my grandparents and their belongings were treated. 10/10 would not recommend.

When there finally was an opening I went into office to rent one and was given a much higher price 259. I paid it anyway. I work 2 jobs so its hard for me to move much during the day. This place was open 24/7 so that made it better for me to get it done. When I rented it my dog was in my vehicle .She is a service dog I had for 9 yrs. I grabbed my friend after work and we went and moved a load with my truck. With it being late I decided to bring my dog along for support and protection . She was very well behaved and on a leash. We took her for a walk to the rest room after we unloaded everything then back to organize everything. We were there a total of 3 hours. I left a note for the office letting them know it wasn't cool in the air conditioned unit. It has been 110 degrees for the last week. I continued to move a load a day until it was done. With the last of the load to move I arrived at my storage unit to find a note taped to my door. It stated that i must move out of unit by the end of the month with no reason other than the owners discretion. I didnt unload my vehicle I went to speak to the lady who rented me the unit. She stated the night I was there with the dog the owner watched us on camera walk to the bathroom and thought the dog was going for a walk to go to the bathroom. He had his worker go where we walked to see if there was anything showing the dog went to the bathroom there was not. The owner still wanted me to move out of the unit . So the worker left me the notice. They will not be refunding any of my money to get another storage unit, I now have to move everything again in the heat. The owner will not talk to me to about what he was upset about to make me move. I was very respectful and quiet when there. There was several other units in our row with people outside their units with cars and chairs like a tailgate party. Another unit working on a vehicle . The owner never questioned what they were doing just focused on the two girls and a dog. I felt he was unfair they over charged me for a smaller unit than my friend s that I know who has a unit in there and my unit is smaller than theirs and hotter. The owner had no regards in what it cost me to have to pay someone to help me or the gas it cost and energy after working and having to move afterwards. I don't recommend this place. I was respectful and followed the rules and was told to leave. This was not good customer service In anyway. Their policy requires a 30 day notice before you can move out. Yet they weren't willing to give me 30 days from the notice as a courtesy to me. Life is hard enough for businesses to treat people like this.
