Andrea understands professionalism, and somehow gives a junk hauling service the professionalism of a high end restaurant. Timely, honest, gets the job done right, insured, and hard working. When I read the previous Yelp reviews I was convinced to give them a called, and now I want to do the due diligence to make sure others who need things hauled away, know this is the place to call. I'll describe my experience, and how it went down play-by-play style. I made a call Wednesday to the number listed and it ended up going to voicemail. Within a half hour I got a call back and it was Andrea, who seems to be the face or leader of the operation, she apologized for missing the call, was very polite, and set me up with an appointment for a quote on Friday morning. Friday morning came around and Andrea called ahead and let me know her and the crew would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up 30 minutes almost on the dot. Andrea gave me a quote, I agreed, shook hands. The crew got to work. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Debris gone, area clean. My father recently passed and he was always the one to help me with the car stuff he was still capable of doing with his health issues, so it was really hard to even know where to begin with my vehicle, as I had no clue what actual work had ever been done on it. I requested a checkup on my vehicle to see what needed maintenance before the car saw any more long distance drives. Dan was so incredibly helpful the entire time he was with my vehicle. He saw that my transmission fluid was overfilled and horribly burnt. My filler cap was even popped out! He did a flush right away, and even went out of his way to find a new filler cap out in town as Honda didn't have them in stock. We are both veterans, so it was also a blast to talk with him as well!
