We were down to closing day and we get delayed yet again because of a clause in the deed. You would think that the real-estate agent would be on top of it since she knew about it, found this out from the neighbors. She said she would handle it but a week later we go to find info out and the neighbors said nobody's seen her since the house was put on the market and that she knew about the issue because all the other five houses were sent paperwork on it. Almost four months later we have no house. I am very blessed to have family that will let us stay as long as needed if not I don't know where we'd be. In short I would NEVER do business with them, they couldn't even manage to get us in our home. If I could get by without leaving one star I would but to post you have to.
