It was necessary to have his GP fill paperwork within 31 days of surgery,saying he was in appropriate health. Ron has been a patient of Dr. Geeta Vaze for more than 1 year and he was seen at her office, 726 Welsh Rd. suite 101. Huntingdon Valley, Pa 19016. Papers were filled out but NEVER sent to ophthalmologist office, Dr. Scott Zeigen. JULY 29 Zeigen's office had not received paperwork. Ron telephoned Dr. Vaze's office and the lady said she had the paperwork on the desk, would send it immediately. July 31, Dr. Zeigen's office reported never receiving fax of paperwork. Dr. Vaze's office is closed Wednesdays so at 9:10 am I left message with answering service to have her call me. Called again 9:44 and asked operator to have Doctor on-call contact me. Was told Dr. Vaze WAS the doctor on-call. 9:38 telephoned office of husband (GI physician) and left message. Dr. VAZE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS This lady called me with paperwork at11:35. Had her fax the Dr. Zeigen. THE FAXED PAPERWORK WAS THE INCORRECT DATE AND WE WERE UNABLE TO HAVE THE 3 month pre SCHEDULED SURGERY! CATARACT SURGERY SCHEDULED IN MARCH 2024 FOR AUGUST 1, 2024. JULY 29 RON TELEPHONED Vaze to make sure paperwork sent. JULY 29 OFFICE PERSON SAID PAPERWORK WAS ON THE DESK AND WOULD SEND IT IMMEDIATELY. JULY 31. 9:15 am Zeigen office...no paperwork received for surgery 8/1 9:19 am called Vaze office . Left message for a call back for paperwork. NO RETURN CALL 9:44 am called Vaze office. Asked for doctor on-call to return call. Was told Dr. Vaze WAS doctor on-call. NO RETURN CALL 9:38 called HUSBAND, Dr. Vaze OFFICE AND ASKED FOR PAPERWORK TO BE FAXED TO Zeigen. 11:45 Husbands office person called with paperwork to fax to Zeigen for surgery. FAXED 11:55 Zeigen office called. THE PAPERWORK DATE WAS OUT OF COMPLIANCE! SURGERY THAT HAD BEEN SCHEDULED IN MARCH HAD TO BE CANCELLED. 1. Ron called 4 day,prior to scheduled surgery for paperwork. Was told it would be sent at that time 2. No paperwork sent as of July 31. 3. Telephoned Dr. Vaze office 3 times and left message. Even though she was the doctor on-call, my call was NEVER RETURNED. 4. Woman at Vaze's husband's office faxed paperwork to Zeigen office. INCORRECT PAPERWORK. 5. NEVER HEARD FROM DR. GEETA VAZE. SURGERY CANCELED I file this complaint due to the incompetence, ignorance, and disregard for the well-being of a long-time patient. Ron was very upset, crying, due to fear of the surgery, and this office, especially the doctor, could not be bothered to return my emergency calls. Ron has been under her care because he trusted that she would give him good care and be a responsible physician. She is NOT!. She did not do this and showed blatant disregard for his well-being. This person should not be allowed to continue to have patients. She is not there when needed and evidently does not care. I would like this complaint placed in her file so that others may not have to suffer emotionally like my husband.

She was genuinely interested in my overall health and went above and beyond to take care of all my needs. It's hard to switch doctors but she made me feel comfortable and I'm glad she's part of this practice. This medical group has always been great about calling me back and getting me in the office ASAP when I'm sick. They have late evening appointments which work great with my schedule. I highly recommend them for anyone who's looking for a general physician in the Northeast!

I was told to follow up w my primary doctor which I did not have at the time. I scheduled an appointment w Dr. Johnson provided her the ER paperwork n RX bottle she refused to assist me with my panic attacks. She was brief w my medical history and showed lack of concern. I scheduled an appointment with a Psych two weeks later. During that period I suffered massive panic attacks and was completely miserable. The office would not help me and referred me back to the ER. Now I am stuck with a $200 ER bill for a diagnosis that could have been treated by Dr. Johnson and the office. This most recent visit, I waited one hour thirty-five minutes past my appointment time to be called back. If you plan on coming here take my advice and book the first appointment (the earliest they have) otherwise you may find yourself like me waiting for over an hour : / As always people SYOY!!!
