The never tired and always serious Dr. Sandeep Dhand will find the best possible solution for your situation. For example, when it is liquid oxygen that would make you more mobile and thus improve your quality of life, he will tell you that, regardless whether this not well supported by the insurance companies. His experienced staff, will find the healthcare company that would provide the necessary service. Nancy did that for us on multiple occasions; she would tirelessly call the company representatives, fax the prescriptions, cancel request - all to achieve the goal of helping us. She was genuinely interested in my overall health and went above and beyond to take care of all my needs. It's hard to switch doctors but she made me feel comfortable and I'm glad she's part of this practice. This medical group has always been great about calling me back and getting me in the office ASAP when I'm sick. They have late evening appointments which work great with my schedule. I highly recommend them for anyone who's looking for a general physician in the Northeast!

I was told to follow up w my primary doctor which I did not have at the time. I scheduled an appointment w Dr. Johnson provided her the ER paperwork n RX bottle she refused to assist me with my panic attacks. She was brief w my medical history and showed lack of concern. I scheduled an appointment with a Psych two weeks later. During that period I suffered massive panic attacks and was completely miserable. The office would not help me and referred me back to the ER. Now I am stuck with a $200 ER bill for a diagnosis that could have been treated by Dr. Johnson and the office. He sent me to physical therapy with an undiagnosed spinal cord injury. He delayed diagnostics, failed to send me to specialists within a reasonable time, falsified his notes, and wanted to wait things out to see how they improve. After demanding an MRI and demanding seeing specialists, I ended up needing significant spinal surgery to save me from living in a wheelchair. I also had injuries in other parts of my body needing surgery to fix. If I had followed Dr. McElwain's plan, I would have been paralyzed from my spinal cord deteriorating.
