Well I needed to make changes and they treated me like I had never stepped foot in their offices, sent me to the intake team. Then, when I said you guys drafted my will and the attorney I worked with told me to simply reach out if I needed to make updates, they punted me around the organization. When their estate planning attorney finally reached out, they said they would look into it. Never replied. Months later, I asked where things stood and she simply replied "not taking any new estate planning clients". What?? Kirker Davis drafted my will! Terrible firm. Maybe they are great at divorces but don't waste your time or money on estate planning. You'll regret it later I promise.
