Then, when I said you guys drafted my will and the attorney I worked with told me to simply reach out if I needed to make updates, they punted me around the organization. When their estate planning attorney finally reached out, they said they would look into it. Never replied. Months later, I asked where things stood and she simply replied "not taking any new estate planning clients". What?? Kirker Davis drafted my will! Terrible firm.
