The lack of communication was unacceptable for a business that is licensed to specialize in death. Not acknowledging shortcomings in care not only provides a lack of honesty but is unethical. Showing a lack of compassion for family member's falls short of the standard of care that should be extended to those in grief. Basic displays of humanity should be what is acknowledged in any setting for a funeral home. I made numerous attempts by phone and email to obtain follow-up information and was not properly notified of the cremation of my family member. I made additional attempts to to speak with any staff member that could advise me on what the status of my mother's cremation was without success. My advise is to please you a different business for the care of your loved one in Lubbock.

This place is not just a funeral home but a home for Family and friends to spend the last few days on earth with your loved one. Rudy made my Dad look like he was truly resting. Gloria ironed my Dads last outfit, Rudy is a Deacon which gave a special touch to the vigil, they have a break room for people to sit and share a meal and memories.
