Personally, i dont care about his family medical history. When a medication works, dont change it. I only saw him twice and that was too many times. I am so relieved to have started with a better office. As a patient, I consider my payment to an office as a contract between myself and a doctor, and I can "fire" that person any time. Especially when they have 3 years of history to back my care. My husband had Medicare and this Dr. tried to make him set a new appointment for each thing he wanted to discuss, what an abuse of Medicare money. Someone please stop him. A concerned citizen.

One of the medical assistants taking my vitals became very impatient with me, I asked her to stop what she was doing and I would wait for the doctor to come in, next thing I knew the Doctor came in the room with two other individuals, telling me to leave or she would call the authorities!! Imagine. On once incident I went in with flu symptoms but knew I did not have the flu what I had was bronchitis, **they have the ability to test you for the flu and they never did" left with meds that made me worse had to return 5 days later, PAY AGAIN and finally got appropriate meds for my symptoms. Recently I PAID to be seen with flu like symptoms, told the doctor I had bronchitis, I left with Flonaize which was a bad coctail mix with the blood pressure medication that they prescribe me!! called two days later, it took a total of 4 days for the doctor to call me back, they want me to return and PAY AGAIN. You'd be better off talking to a Pharmacist and getting over the counter meds before placing your health and faith at any Sandhills medical office.

My primary care physician suddenly left the practice, and I was never assigned to another doctor. Instead I was assigned to a Nurse Practitioner who prescribed for me. I had to go in every six months to get blood work and the NP would look over the results and prescribe medication. A nurse took my blood pressure and heart rate. The NP was not qualified to do breast exam or pelvic so I never had one. If there was a physician supervising the NP, I never met the person or heard their name. I asked to be assigned to another doctor. I was not. This went on for a couple of years until two specialist doctors outside the practice that I saw for specific conditions told me that I deserved better medical care than that. I agreed and found another health care provider. Sentinel is not good health care. They weren't caring people. The doctor who left was disliked by many patients (read other reviews). I wish I'd left Sentinel sooner.
